Consent for Texting

After April 1st when the new regulations go into effect for texting, can we send a text to clients to get their consent to text. Or can we only get consent through email, a form to fill out etc?

Alex, First the deadline has been extended - so, a little wiggle room!
Unfortunately, you can't text to get text consent.
I would recommend reviewing this document provided by CTIA regarding consent on page 12.
