Does SMS have limits within Australia (Global MVP APAC License) phone number ?

Is SMS enable having Australia DID in RC?

Hi @IT Support, Starting November 1, 2022 sending and receiving international SMS and MMS messages will no longer be supported within RingCentral MVP. I know this is an old question, but answering it for new comers on this page. RingCentral supports SMS only on RC US and Canadian accounts/numbers. Outside of US and Canada, SMS service is not included (like in Australia under Global MVP license)
