How many SMS can I send through MVP Standard account?

I need to know the EXACT amount of SMS I can send through my MVP Standard account, it is saying is it $1.7000 allowed.

For a US Standard Plan, each user in an account has an allotment of 100 SMS per month, while CA Standard Plan is 50 SMS. Check the KB article below to know more about the Enhanced Business SMS.
