Strange issue. We are able to receive sms photos from most numbers. From some numbers we do not receive photos over sms. We can receive regular sms message from those same numbers. Then they send photos and get no error message and we see nothing on Ringcentral app. Just nothing shows up at all.
Any idea whats going on here?

Try the "Screenshot Test": Have them send a screenshot instead of a regular camera photo. Screenshots have much smaller file sizes. If it goes through, you know the issue is just that their standard photos are too large for the system!
Open a Ticket: If that doesn't work, reach out to tech support team.Give them the sender's number, date, and exact time of a failed photo. The team can check the background logs to see exactly where the picture is getting lost.
