We have problem when we send text the other person we send they dont get the text

sms and text messaging

Hi Dudi,

This can be caused by a couple of things: the sender's number doesn't have sms enabled, the message was blocked by the carrier, or the received has the sender number blocked. Please open a case with tech support and they can look into your account and do some troubleshooting:
