Question about RingCentral SMS Campaigns

My question is if I send out a mass sms campaign, does it send it anonymously rather than in a group? They need to be individual texts to each client and they cannot see the other clients in the campaign group. Basically can I send out one campaign to multiple users without them seeing the other recipients?

Additionally, is the SMS Campaign's feature HIPAA Compliant?
