for the last 36 hours I have been unable to send text messages to my customers.  My case has been escalated twice.  I finally asked for a supervisor and I was told that this is an issue with the "carrier"  Has anyone else had this issue? How many tiers are there when it comes to customer service?  I keep getting this message after every attempt to send a text:  Sorry, we're having trouble sending your message. Please try again.
