Are there registry keys that can be set to automatically hide the Video, Text and Message Tabs in the RC EX desktop app? We are only utilizing the Phone and Fax capabilities and will utilize a separate software for organization chat functions.
This could be interesting for us, too. We are deep into MS Teams, not gonna be switching, and don’t need or want the extra features.Â
...my guess is that the RC management/marketing team insists that those tabs remain.Â
