All of a sudden, after working fine, when I turn on video in RC it turns the video container all one color with no buttons or controls.
My camera works fine by itself, and works fine in other applications.

It turns out the issue was the new background I had created, as when I took it out everything returned to normal.

Restart RingCentral: Completely close the RingCentral application, including the system tray icon, and then open it again. This often resolves temporary glitches.

Check RingCentral's Camera Settings: Within the app, navigate to your video settings.
Go to Settings > Video > click Edit under Video Meeting settings > Video
Confirm that the correct camera is selected in the dropdown menu. Even if it was working before, it's possible a setting was inadvertently changed.
Check for any other video-related settings, such as HD video or CPU optimization, and try toggling them off to see if they are causing the problem.
