How do I turn on the always on top option for video calls so I can take notes and still see the person I’m interviewing similar to Teams?

I don’t think RC can do this.
I occasionally use something called Smart System Menu. You can google it and download it from Git hub.
Once you download it, run the .exe and done - it adds a lot of options to any window - see attached screenshot
