PDF of transcript is jumbled

When I use RingCentral to download a transcript, the PDF is jumbled.  In web searches for the problem, it seems like it is a font issue.   The PDF doesn’t have the font definition that is required.

I’ve used two different PDF readers, as well as web viewers, and nothing works.   

Is there a known solution to this?

Hi ​@BobR, can you please clarify what issue you’re experiencing? Is this related to a meeting transcript or a voicemail?

Hi Mary, this is related to the meeting transcript. In the RingCentral App for PCs, there is a button for a PDF transcript. I put a snip of what it looks like below as well
