I am looking to replace a Yealink W60P cordless DECT IP phone with base station, which stopped functioning 3 days after warranty expired. Does anyone have a use-based recommendation for a brand and model of a cordless/wireless handset to be used with our fairly basic RingCentral setup? I don't need anything fancy - just something that sits on my desk so I can pickup customer calls.

Hi, I would like to delete a team but I can't find the delete team button anywhere. I've already followed the ring central instructions saying that the button's supposed to be under team admin settings but it's not there either. The button isn't shown in any of the other teams either. Image shown below.

I have created a webHook event notification to notify me of SMS and monitor phone calls. All works well. The notification is created, when I call or text the sandbox number the webhook is activated and opens the webpage url I want. The only issue is it seems it is limited to three events and then it stops. (ie I can send three sms messages or call and receive notification of the first three events) If I wait awhile I can then send a 3 more text before it again stops. Is this because I am in sandbox. This limitation is a little frustrating as it does not allow me to test a full phone call from calling >>to>> Answer >>to>> Hangup. Will this change when I move to production or is there a way I can test more than three events? Thanks

Hi,I would like to understand how to deduplicate the call log data I have received via the api. Initially I believed the id field to be unique primary key, however I can see that there multiple instances of the id key duplicating, which I imagine being related to the various legs involved in some of the calls. I would appreciate it if anyone could provide me with the fields they have used to generate a true unique primary key.Regards

I'm working on integrating SMS API in our CRM. So I create a sandbox account in which one user like a super admin is already created. So from the super admin number SMS is successfully sent but I want to test if any other user who is not super admin can send SMS or not.For this purpose, I need to add one user, but when I try to add a user, you don't have any number left.I try to purchase the phone number and add the user but can't.So please let me know how I can add a user.I also have another question as I have an existing RingCentral enterprise account where I add 20 users can I disable or delete any user from there and add the same phone number and user in the sandbox account?Thank you.

Hello , I was able to call to any us number through our Ringcentral number , but now I'm trying to call to Mexico number through US number , the operator saying that The destination number you dialed is disabled for your account...!Is there any solution to figure out this issue...!

I am trying to port / transfer my Google Fi phone number to RingCentral. I have followed the published Google Fi instructions to initiate this, including unlocking the number from my Google Fi account. When I go to transfer the number into RingCentral for our VoiP phone service, it gives me this message "The phone number you entered cannot be transferred at this time. If you still would like to have the number work with your RingCentral service, you may forward your calls from your current number to your RingCentral account."I've contacted Google support, and they tell me it is unlocked and should be ready to go. I contacted RingCentral support, and they told me everything is fine on their end. Please excuse my ignorance if this is a stupid question, but is it possible to send an SMS message from a third-party application using our RingCentral account?I would like our Synology NAS to be able to send SMS from our office to my personal cell phone when there is a problem with the network. In the NAS operating system (DSM 7.1), there is a feature that will push SMS messages to any phone using an SMS account. I don't think it is possible to send it through the RingCentral windows app.In order to do this, I need a URL for RingCentral's SMS service and I need to know whether it uses a GET or POST http protocol. I assume that the login and password would be the same as for my RingCentral account.Is this information I can get from RingCentral or is it not available?

The video resolution appears worse for RingCentral Video than it did for RingCentral Meetings. Is this something that can be corrected through settings or is it a known widespread issue since the recent updates to the App?

First, chatting with a bot is not "Live Chat." Second, according to the website, "Live phone support for RingCentral MVP (2+ users) plans is available 24/7." I never got past the robot and then it said "live service is only available M-F." I am getting increasingly upset with this customer service, or lack of it. My question is this: If I have unlimited digital calling in the US and I don't use any international or toll-free calling, why am I automatically purchasing calling credits? Do calling credits cover faxes and SMS? And if they do cover SMS, why are SMS bundles sold separately? How much is faxing? I have been trying to figure out how to do live monitoring on Ring Central in the Supervisor area and i clicked on the no monitor part and put in my phone number in the box that popped up for Audio Connect and now i can't seem to get it to go back to blank. Does anyone know how to clear this back to its original state?

Hi,I don't found a response at the simple question : "is it possible to configure a holyday rules or calendar for all my company (a lot of sites, IVR, call queue...) ?"

There is currently no way in an IVR just have callers remain on the line to be directed to a queue. There is the time out option where after the IVR repeats three times you can send the call to an extension. We need an option to send the call to an extension if no buttons are pressed after the first time the IVR menus are played.

I work off a Google Chrome Box and have the Ring Central App for Google. Too many times I am typing a text message and my text disappears, sometimes it's just partial, sometimes the whole thing disappears (multiple times on the same text). There are no incoming calls or texts when this happens. But it is very frustrating. Any information would be appreciated. TYIA
