We got a delivery of a Mitel Mitel 6940W IP Phone to assign to a user who was using an IP480. I went to Phone System > Searched for the user > and clicked on the "change phone button" > I assigned her the new IP 6940W from our inventory. I restarted but the new IP 640W is not displaying the users name (it just displays L1 with wrong time) and the phone does not ring when i dial the extension. I noticed that when i click on the phone in the admin portal it shows "Status: order in progress". Am I missing a step on how to assign the new phone to a user?

Several of our phone users with Polycom VVX350 desk phones are reporting problems with their phone freezing up, intermittently shutting down, and dropping calls. What is the best approach for troubleshooting the issue to determine if a firmware update is needed?

I am noticing within my testing that I receive multiple notifications every time a user changes their presence status. I have confirmed that I only have a single subscription for presence change for a single user. When I deactivate the user from the queue (by toggling the switch), I can see 2 notifications come through and it triggers my webhook two times. Since the notification data at that point is something that I need to handle (the user has status = Available but is not part of the call queue), it results in my webhook triggering twice (with 2 authentication calls).Is there a way to ensure that we only receive single notifications for these changes? I'm concerned about hitting the rate limits for authentication if every trigger is getting triggered twice.Along the same lines, after my webhook runs and fixes the person's status (putting them back in the queue if they are available), I then receive 2 notifications again. Hi, When looking at the detailed view, i see that under the legs segment, the To and From segment are contradicting. The name associated with the numbers is different for the same id data pull. Maybe I am not understanding this, but why are the datapoint different. Is there a document/link you can share that explains the detailed view. And in the legs segment , (1) the number in the from and to are different and (2), the number starting with 347 is associated with individual starting with name EV , but on the above screenshot, the same number is associated with individual starting with name MAG

We are having an interesting issue where our program is unable to authenticate against the RingCentral API. I can use the same credentials within postman and it works fine. But when our program attempts to authenticate, it has lately been giving "error":"invalid_client" errors. I've double checked the client ID, client secret and JWT. It worked once and then all of a sudden is stopped working even though I could successfully use postman.We previously had a bunch of errors come through so we turned off the app and then were fixing the problem. We turned the app back on and it works through postman but not through the program. Any ideas?

We are currently subscribed to receive presence change notifications. We are doing this because we want to make sure people are staying within those queues when they are available. Ideally though, we are only monitoring this for a handful of call queues, so I would prefer to only subscribe for that subset of users. As it is, I get everybody's updates and then just have to check and see if they are part of my "monitored queues". Is there a way to limit the subscription and provide additional filters for presence change notifications?

In running the Abandoned Calls by ANI report, I noticed that there are some calls which have durations listed under ACD Time. For example, on 04/14, a call came into 1 of our queues and the Abandoned time shows 0:01:17 minutes. The ACD Time column shows 0:02:54 minutes. Does this mean that the total time (from when the IVR begins) was 0:02:54 but the caller held for 0:01:17 in a specific queue before hanging up? If so, why do only some calls show times in the ACD Time column?

In the Sandbox the "Validation-Token" is NOT returned in the Header (as described in the documentation) - in the RequestBody the Validation-Token is delivered:{"validationToken":"d52ca641-1297-4784-ac69-5e04062f161b"}In the Production environment this is different. There the token ist correctly delivered in the Header as "Validation-Token".There seems to be a difference between Sandbox and Production environment! Note: There must have been a change in the Sandbox lately because this also worked in the Sandbox in the past.

Of all the graudation requirements, the call recording is the only option that we are unable to complete as we cannot initiate the call recording. From within the admin portal in sandbox, the auto call recording is enabled. Though its an old post, i read on another article in this community that auto call recording is not allowed for sandbox and will have to be manually select during the call. However, We are able to call only other people from extension and no outside calls are allowed. So my question is, if RC does not allow us to complete a call recording test, how can we pass the graduation requirement.

Hello,We are having an issue where calls are not being forwarded to the next person in the call queue if the primary answerer is on DND.What we want: -if person A either doesn't pick up OR is on DND, the call rings to person B-if person B also doesn't pick up, it goes to voicemail Right now, if person A is on DND, then it just goes to A's voicemail and doesn't ring to B. Here are the settings I have under Call Handling - Missed calls: -if set to "Voicemail" then it functions as above, and the call is not forwarded if person A is on DND-if set to "Forward to extension", it does rings from one person to the next but it will never go to voicemail if person B doesn't pick up. The actual "ringing" the caller hears goes away after the allotted number of rings for person B, but the call still shows connected for the caller, and never goes to Voicemail.Does anyone ha
