RingOut API not working on Postman

inbound call into our main number. user presses option 1 for sales. If no-one answers, can it automatically roll to next extension?

We have multiple call queues created (Simultaneous) for call center on RingCentral portal, which is still under the project phase and not yet in production.We did a test to simulate the problem we have.Tried calling few call center numbers, and informed call center agents not to pick up. The ringing time is only last for 10 sec then straight to the voicemail.How do we set the ringing time to last for > 1 mins? please can you advise?

I have a Yealink T46S. It has 2 softkeys that I do not use - Intercom and Page. Yealink says these keys can be reprogrammed to display "history". Yealink said RC needs to do this and send me detailed instructions as well as the needed history file. RC says they cannot reprogram the keys. I contacted Yealink again & they reiterated that RC must make the change. I have the directions and can probably do it myself but need an id and password after I enter the phone IP address.Has anyone changed their softkeys? What id and password do I need? I tried mine for RC but it did not work. I'm thinking it has to be an RC id & password for an IT type person.

Dear community,I need to develop a server based webhook call monitoring application. Golang will be used as a progamming language. I did a research on available sdks and libraries for Golang and i like this one: https://github.com/ringcentral/ringcentral-go/blob/master/ringcentral.go although it is not mentioned as an official sdk on the https://developers.ringcentral.com/guide/sdks. Is it considered obsolete? If no, then why it is not on the sdk page? I need something well tested, reliable and simple. Or would you rater recommend to use one of the community provided SDK?Thanks.Best,Nikolai

Hello,I am trying to set up an automation to send out an email-to-fax fax, and want to be able to either programmatically check which emails are added to the user's trusted list of email-to-fax emails, or programmatically add their email to their list so I can send an email-to-fax email from their email without them adding their email on the ring central users settings.

Some of our call queues have been overwhelmed by spam calls lately, so I am trying to configure a Custom Answering Rule. We use Invoca as a "Ring Pool", meaning our website displays a special phone number, which when called redirects the caller to our RingCentral toll free number and call queue. I've already set Invoca to forward the calls with a specific caller ID, so that I can create a Custom Answering Rule for those calls. Can I create a second rule that sends all other calls to voicemail? I need all other calls to bypass the employee's phones without ringing the queue. I can't find a way to set an ELSE statement or set the order of the rules.

in a Call Queues i create 2 groups but when it ring on group 1, rings only on group 2 not on the group 1 how to change this to ring both groups

Five to ten times a day we receive inbound phone calls but no one answers on the other end. The caller ID numbers are always different. If we deny the call, it immediately rings again, up to ten times. If we call the number later we get a busy signal.

We have two admins who require remote access to use RingCentral. Currently, the authentication phone call only goes to one admin.How can I adjust settings so more than one person/phone number can authenticate?

There is no current presence event that is generated when an agent (or admin) changes their presence status with a specific queue.For example: An agent is a member of 3 queues but chooses to not accept queue calls from 1 queue.No event is generated to indicate the new status for that queue. However, if agents change their presence for all 3 queues, we do get a notifications.Is there a plan to add this important event for individual queues?
