Is there a report that shows the details around all calls that are outside of Service Level? Looking for Time of the call, reps that it rang to, etc.

Can I port a number that is hosted in one ring central account to another (separate) ring central account?

Emergency Address will not update. I'm being asked to update the emergency address when I make an outgoing call. I've confirmed all details including the zip code. In the past I've had no issues confirming the emergency address location setting. I've not been able to make outgoing calls all day as I keep getting the error message: Sorry, something went wrong on our end, we weren't able to save the update. Try again later. when I select Confirm.

Dear community,For my application that leverages webhook to get telephony session notifications I need a way to uniquely identify calling/answering agent. The typical notification that I receive looks like this one below:Currently for user identification I use name field. I marked the field that is currently used for identification. I need this information to uniquely map calling/answering agent with some entity in my system.So my questions here:1. Is it possible that two agents have same name in the system? In this case the field name cannot be used to uniquely identify agents.2. Can extensionId be used to uniquely identify agents? If yes, then where can I get the extensionId for a particular agent, as this information available in notification only and not in Admin Console (at least I wasn't able to find it there). I assume that what is displayed in Ext. column is not actual extension as for user with the name Nikolai Chashchin Ext.101 is displayed while with the notification I g

Is anyone else having issues with the HUD display in the AT&T Softphone App? I have my CS dept. users on calls but the display doesn't list them as being on a call, it show's them as available still. It's hard to know if people update their status as busy or away from the desk on a break. They can't get an accurate number of who is available on the phones.

I'm set up so that when someone calls our extension 6000 is goes to multiple people that are a mix of physical phones and app users that each have their own extensions. I can't figure out how to make it so the app users are able to receive calls when the ex 6000 is set to ring desktop & app. The only way around this is to have the apps users cell phone number entered in the call forwarding but then it won't use the app and therefore those users can't transfer calls.

I am attempting to build IDP's from my MVP data. The "Trend" graph shows me that the data is there, I just need it in a more digestible format. Is there a report that would show interval call arrival by hour and by day of week? If not, is there a way I can add the "Trend" into an exportable document? The only options it give me to export the trend are excel or PDF (others give the CSV option). Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Hello! I have a few questions about scheduling video calls.1. Can you create meeting templates?2. Can you schedule a meeting in a different time zone / is there a way to select the timezone you want the meeting scheduled in or does it always default to the time zone your comp is in and you have to convert manually?3. On the Meetings page, if I don't connect my calendar can (and schedule using the "Meeting info" feature), can I still see all my meetings on the RC app? Everything appears to be working but everytime someone tries to call me, an error appears and it immediately ends call. It won't connect to my agent leg. When I try calling out, it won't even reach person.

Does anybody know the feature code to turn off DND on a Avaya j169 Deskphone. Tried going through the menu then to features and i can see the DND but no options. When you try to use the select button it does nothing.

I get an exasperating number of hangup calls. If I block them, I take the risk that I may block a legitimate caller. I do not want legitimate callers to hear either of the two falsehoods that are offered for calls from blocked numbers. I have previously pleaded for a blocking option that could be quickly invoked with a few taps.If that is not going to happen, I would like to be able to quickly assign a silent ringtone to the offending number.The noise is disruptive. The need to check email two minutes later to see if the suspicious call was a hangup is an interruption. I am tired of being yanked off-task.

Hi,I am having difficulties with the "remote control" feature. When I grant access of my screen to another participant, I find that whatever they type in will be duplicated e.g. typing in "a" will output "aa", pressing backspace will delete twice, etc.I have tried meeting with two different people, and was unable to resolve this issue or find anything about it.

When I am playing music on Spotify or Downcast (my podcast app), RingCentral calls go to voicemail instead of ringing through to my phone. How do I fix this? Calls come thru fine when I'm not using those apps.

I recorded a meeting that had 3 sessions. I hit stop/start in between the sessions and ended up with only the last session recorded. Did i need to select pause instead as stop might have recorded over the prior recording(s)? Also, however, i was left with a very large click_to_convert file that cannot be converted by RC. Can i convert this .meetingrec file manually and potentially get my prior 2 recorded sessions back?

Hello, hoping to get a little clarity on whether there is a Zoom login that we get with RingCentral? Specifically I am hoping to use Calendly or x.ai for scheduling meetings, and they have Zoom integrations I was wanting to leverage. I see that Zapier can do Calendly, although I'd prefer not to use a 3rd party service if not needed. Is there a way that the Zoom direct integration transfers to us using RingCentral?
