I am trying to see if my system has the capability of creating Queue priorities based on incoming caller IDs. So if a customer is a higher priority they get put to the front of the line.

We sent the fax, and the messageStatus returned was Queued, but in fact the fax could not be received. We checked the number of sent messages in the Analytics, and the status was SUCCESS, but no record of sending was found in the Service Web Portal. We will attach the code with the records shown in Analytics

Please can we get an audio cue when calls are successfully transferred. At the moment, as a recipient of a warm transfer, we have no idea if the caller has been passed to us or if we are still talking to the person doing the transfer. It would be good if we get an audio cue on both ends of the transfer so we can tell if the call has been transferred successfully or not.

I have created and deleted subscriptions endpoints in my sandbox app without problem but havent had the chance to pass the webhook subscription requirement to graduate it.

Hi, I'm using RingCentral API for sending FAX. It was working fine earlier but now when I'm sending the status is always Queued and later on after approximate 5 to 6 or more hours the Faxes are going correctly. I'm using JWT for login.Is there any specific reason for this?Thanks

I have Google Voice. I have Ring Central setup. I have forwarded my Google Voice to my Ring Central. When I call from my cell phone to Google Voice, Ring Central rings. I am not getting my IVR which I setup on Ring Central. It just rings & rings.

Using third Party application just to connect the sms functionality is crazy!!! where in fact we are paying the Zoho and Ring Central per user, it doesn't make sense that the 2 company didn't consider it.

I recorded a meeting on Friday, today is Monday and it is still "processing" when I go into my recordings list. Is there a way to retrieve this meeting? I don't see this issue on the Ringcentral forums, but I looked up this question on the Zoom forums and apparently some Zoom recordings are stuck in "processing" indefinitely but can be retrieved by contacting Zoom Support. It'd be nice if that was possible with RC as well.

Currently have a single level IVR set up through AT&T Office@Hand. I want to switch to a multi-level IVR, but receive the following message when I click on the drop down box "Warning: By switching to Multi-level IVR mode, all of your existing company call handling settings will be discarded. When I came into the office this Friday Morning 9/16, about a third of my users have the error that their Emergency Address was not imputed, but when they go to input our address the system does not accept the address. They get validation errors.I have attempted as the Admin adding the address under Users: Personal Emergency Response Locations. But I get the same 'validation error' and cannot update it.I even went to the

Calls are being restricted until I update the Emergency response location but it will not update. All address info is correct. Unable to get support by phone or chat. My business at stand still. Totally unacceptable!

We are wondering if a call comes through a line (single user, extension, not a call queue) while it is on DND does it count as "missed" in the analytics and reporting?

We want all of our extensions using the main number for text messages because we do not want to confuse our customers with multiple numbers. My question is if I text message a customer from my extension using the main number will their response show up on my RingCentral Phone or desktop text tab? How does that work AND if one of our other extentions text using the main number and contact the same customer will the response show up on my end too or just his? Thanks in advance

Hi Team--Just wanted to know if we had downtime last September 10, 2022 between 6AM to 9AM CST? Looks like there were calls that were not routed to agents who were logged in around the same intervals. Appreciate if you can confirm this.
