Hello,since I use RC desktop app, I cannot move and share files directly in the message window (via drag & drop). It was possible in the prior browser version, but not in the app. Now I have to select every file via the attachment button and choose path. Another problem here: I cannot select any files from our business server to be shared on RC. Why is that? Sorry I'm a noob and my co-workers couldn't help at all. Thanks for any reply!Laura

To accommodate this change, we updated our server, client id, client secret, and JWT values to the production values. However, we cannot even authenticate. Please forgive any ignorance on my end as I am very new to the RingCentral platformWe have a need to pull all account data for our institution from RingCentral and I have found an API provided that pulls account data. However, this only pulls data for a specific given account and we need to do a "wide open" pull of all accounts. I have seen some evidence that this ability is in the works. Is that true? Is there a workaround, or another preferred method to pull all accounts?

I have my phone forwarded to one of my coworkers while I am out of the office. While testing this, he tried to forward me back to my voicemail but it did not work. There may be times that a caller gets to him, but prefers to leave a voicemail for me. How do we do this?

Hi, We are facing an issue about Voicemails. There are total 10 numbers in our Ringcentral account. We are using Event filter "/restapi/v1.0/account/~/extension/~/voicemail" for notifications when new voicemail message is received. The problem is webhook sent only when some numbers. i.e 2 out of 10 numbers.am i missing any setting in Ringcentral admin section like 1)enable voice to text2)enable voice recordingor do i have to add any other event filter?

Occasionally someone will be on an active call, but their status will still read available. Normally they will be red and status will say "On a call."I have to go to the HUD to make sure someone is available. Why does the status sometimes fail to update when on a call?

I'm using the integration between Hubspot and RC. The integration seems to work for the phone side of things, but the meetings/video isn't connecting properly. I have the configuration setup in the Hubspot meetings set to RingCentral. It does schedule the meeting in the calendar correctly, and it shows up in the RingCentral app. However, it isn't connecting the RingCentral Meetings functionality and is pulling up this error whenever you go to use the link in the email or meetings options in Hubspot, "An error occurred while trying to generate a video conference link. "Again, it does still show up in RingCentral meetings app but only just as a scheduled event. No video conference link or "meeting" code is generated for the event. Am I missing something here?

Hello, as of lately, I am not able to receive calls. The "accept queue calls" toggle switch does not even show up for me personally. I am not sure if this is a bug or an administrative setting that is switched off for me. Any help is appreciated here. Thank you.

I have a suggestion. Please remove the automated helper when calling in to tech support. I had an issue regarding paging and the automated system started talking about my custom call settings and hours and was asking to remove them. If that would have occurred it would have caused major issues. The automated system said those settings are why my phone was not working, and suggested removing them. I knew better, but I hate to think of one of your other customers calling in and removing all their call queue settings for no reason and creating bigger issues because the IVR suggested it. I called in a week ago for a separate issue, and the automated system suggested the same thing. I have always received great support from the live agents, the IVR helper is bad and should be removed. I have followed the documentation on how to activate call recording but in my sandbox account where the option should be there is nothing!This means I am unable to make any recordings on this account and therefore am unable to test the recording api calls which I need to graduate my app to production status.Please help.

I have an unusual issue with multiple users of the RingCentral Desktop App using the exact same version of the app (app version shown via Help - About). One staff member can see a host of options while another user can see only a few when click into Settings. I thought perhaps there was a View More or some other setting somewhere but I cannot find it. It may be that one or more users have a corrupt Windows but it could be simply they installed so many RC App upgrades over time the registry keys are corrupt for the RC app. Is there an uninstall script when Uninstall does not clean up? Or is there an actual show all button somewhere? One example (of many) would be the HD checkbox not being visible for one of the users.

In Mac OSX, natively, a user can use Option + Left arrow or Option + Right arrow to move the cursor back one word or forward one word. That's a consistent behavior in every application on the Mac.RingCentral App introduced additional keyboard shortcuts in 22.1.20.341 Web, 22.1.11.2682 Mac (Intel) release that changes the native behavior. In RingCentral App, using Option + Left arrow takes a user back in history. If a user is typing a message and wants to go back a word, they'd use Option + Left arrow, but RingCentral App will take them to the previous history. That means, the user can't use native OSX shortcut and their attention is diverted away from typing the message on to the previous history. What a terrible behavior and choice of keyboard shortcuts!Can you revert the keyboard shortcut for Option + Left arrow/Right arrow OR give users the ability to choose their shortcut for actions OR remove shortcuts a user feels unnecessary? You can no longer navigate forward and backward words with Option + Left or Right because RC has changed this to be used for non-disableable app navigation shortcuts. I cannot express how frustrating this is as someone who uses these hotkeys constantly and has never experienced an app that overrode those keys when focused on a text box. This should be reverted or given an enable/disable option immediately.This also violates Apple's Human Interface Guidelines which states"Use the Option key as a modifier sparingly.""Avoid creating a new shortcut by adding a modifier to an existing unrelated shortcut."

I'm having an issue where basically both Voice and RingCentral are trying to ring at the same time regardless of the actual source of the call and my personal calls are getting logged into my RingCentral's call history. I found this older help article that seems to outline this issue, but I'm not sure if the settings have changed because I'm not seeing these options? Or if they've moved elsewhere in the app?

This may be a newbie question but I'm trying to find a way to view just incoming text messages. I'm using the desktop app and have tried the browser as well but no luck. I can see all the messages I send and receive in the sms section but only want to see received messages.
