How the sms messages can be resend when it fails to send and we get message status as sendingFailed in the response?What is the way it can be resend automatically once failed?Where is the sms settings?

Hello, I am trying to get my App into production and I believe it meets the requirements. I have made numerous API calls over the 2 days and it still won't give me the option to get it into production.It's the % of errors that is holding things up but the stats look good over the last 2 days.

Hi there, we have created Ring Groups within different extensions, and placed them all in a queue on the "Rotating" setting. When one person within a Ring Group is on the phone, the entire extension is labeled as busy, thus skipping the entire extension with the people in the Ring Group.We want it to ring to the Ring Group even if there is one person who is on the phone, is there a way to do so? Could we have you change the settings on your end to allow us to do that?Thank you and let me know, as our company is growing rapidly this feature would be crucial to our success going forward.

I'm currently working on a webhook in a sandbox environment. My webhook in SandBox is pointed to my companies Dev environment. My question is once I graduate to production status, will ring central allow me to update my webhook URL to my companies PROD server?

I'm trying to use the desktop app to dial with and then pick up the handset on the phone to talk and listen but I cannot figure out how to do it. Any suggestions?

When running the RingCentral app on a Microsoft Windows RDSH environment, we are having issues where we are unable to see audio devices within the app on the latest versions. The last known version we have working is 21.1.10.2888.Wondering if anyone has seen this issue before or has any recommendations on what to try to do to resolve. In RC desktop app how to setup and arrange text messages in ascending or descending order?

I want to point out some design flaws w/ the app in case RC is listening:1. Message icon/feature- uses the standard text icon, yet it's not for texting- texting is found under phone, always confusing because the text icon is front and center, yet it's not for texting2. Meetings are named Video- Why labeled Video? what if I'm starting a meeting that is not a video meeting, audio only or screen share? It took me a while to figure out that I click the Video button even when video is not involved. It still feels wrong to click Video for a screen share.-- just rename this icon Meetings?- Join a meeting - why is my personal Meeting not defaulted? I always have to choose it3. I cant submit my application for approval as im getting retirements not met. However when i look at the analytics everything is nice and dandy. i dont see what its still asking me to all api endpoints connected when they already are.i checked on the last 24 hours end points requests and they are also all good.fax endpoint has 8 200 requestsauthorize endpoint has 7 302 requests.so what am i missing here?

Is there any way to save all the chats from a meeting?

Would there be anyway to add wordage underneath or beside an individual's name when they are busy (i.e. on a call, busy, available) within parenthesis?. Having the dot is helpful but with being Red-Green color blind, it is hard to determine the colors.

block unknown numbers. I receive multiple calls with invalid caller id. The best shown is unknown caller This has steadily increase since i moved to ring central. The active-calls API has a type field and the only options are Voice and Fax. I am missing calls that are voIP. Is there a way to retrieve these calls with this API?

Is there any way to block attempts by people from outside of our organization to chat with our users through Glip? We have our tenant restricted so that only admins can invite new users by setting up an account for them through the admin portal, but we've had people create free Glip accounts and then attempt to send messages to our users by using their email addresses.When this happens, the admins on our tenant get an email saying "<email address> would like to be invited to RingCentral. Please go to the People page on RingCentral and click on the Invite People button at the top of the page to invite them."There should really be an option to disable this - we will never want to allow outside people to access our messaging. We can disable SMS messaging with a switch; this should be a no brainer option.

Can I use my VOIP Phone to call through my custom app?

Hi,I asked some of my users (new members of staff) to gain access to the Ring Central University to learn about our telephony system. They came back to me and said they couldn't log in because they got an error message that says: 'Sorry, you currently don't have permission to access this service'.I worked out that if I changed their role to 'Super admin' (which is effectively full platform access) then they could access the University.Obviously I do not want to give my standard users full platform access but is that right? Has anyone else had that issue or am I missing something?Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Our company is implementing software that can notify us via text message. The software is asking for the carrier for the numbers that we want to receive the text messages. I want to have send the notifications to our Ring Central #s. To do that I need know the carrier that can be used to send messages to a RingCentral #s - just like what is explained in this RingCentral help bubble I am attaching.
