Hi,I am trying to set up my Main Day IVR so it just rings an extension. In this case a call queue. No IVR.Main Night IVR is an IVR and works fine.The only way I can figure out how to do this is to set up a Custom Rule that basically skips the Main Day IVR. I did this and calls are currently being routed directly to the correct extension/call queue during daytime hours.However, since I set up a Custom Rule to do this I now have no way to create rules for holidays. I can only do it manually right at or close to the time of the holiday.What I really want is a way to have the Day IVR just go to an extension like you can with the Night IVR. I'm not sure why this isn't an available choice. Seems like an oversight to me.If anyone has any suggestions or someplace else I should post this please let me know.Thanks,JF

how can I go about adding that feature "accept call in queue? all my coworkers stated that when they set up their ringtone it was automatically on there. But it dosn't give me the option under settings.

When one of my end users tries to copy and paste a text message in the Glip app, it leaves out certain things like dates and phone numbers. When we paste it outside of the Glip app, it pastes itself correctly. Is there anyway to fix this?

Hi:I created an app to send SMS, and works fine on the sandbox settings, but doesnt work when i change to production with proper clientid, client secret etc. It returns 'Invalid resource owner credentials' error.Please help me out. HiTeam,We have implemented an auth flow process to send messages from HubSpot. In this process, we will be using /restapi/oauth/token with refresh token.Authflow for workflows is working fine when we developed and tested for few contacts. When we are doing the same for more contacts like 600 to 1500 parallel contacts at once. One of our admin could text and now all of a sudden the option is gone and she gets the error " A valid Phone Number is required to send text message to recipients outside of your company, Please contact your Administrator to add a direct number to your account." Does anyone have any idea what happen? All our other offices can text and all the settings are the same.

I want to automatic call recording in my production environment.On sandbox environment has no EditAccount Permission, So I can't set up automatic call recording.Is there any way to use the automatic call recording?

I was surprised to learn today that we do not have the ability to block a number that is using SMS to text me SPAM. All numbers that are blocked from voice should also be Blocked from sending text messages. Is omeone is only using SMS those #s should be blckable as well.
