In Email to Fax, every logo in our signature is creating a seperate fax page. How do I correct this?

We are going to leverage the same tasks as we create new teams. Would be great to be able export our task list and import into our new team. Essentially, we finish the tasks for one client implementation then start over with a new client implementation.

When will outbound caller ID be available in the UK, at present when you set the Company Caller ID it does not work and I have been told by RC Support that this is a US feature only at this stage? We are on the softphone solution- RC Phone

We have been able to handle incoming calls by making use of the RingCentral Webphone library (https://github.com/ringcentral/ringcentral-web-phone). However, this approach makes use of WebRTC via the browser and therefore when the page is reloaded the active connection/call you are in is lost. We would like a more sturdy and robust integration and are looking into alternative approaches. That is why I would like to know if it is possible to directly control the RingCentral softphone or (physical)desk-phone by using a specific SDK or API. This would give the user a better integration. Does such an SDK or API currently exist? Is this a possible solution or is there another alternative?

I have completed the instructions however there does not seem to be any tickets that are triggering the interface. Are there somethings i can look at?

We would LOVE to see RingCentral add a "test room" feature so that external guests of our meetings can test their permissions before hand in a test environment. Zoom currently has this feature ( https://zoom.us/test ).

Contacted Salesforce as calls through RingCentral was not automatically creating tasks in Salesforce, however, was told to contact RingCentral. This was working prior to this week and the workflow is pretty simple. A phone call is made (or received) and a task in Salesforce is automatically generated for any user to claim.

I'm a new Ring Central user and just discovered that when I'm on a RingCentral call (using the mobile app) and a call comes into my direct cell phone number it automatically puts the RingCentral call on hold.This is obviously very annoying and disruptive. And I was surprised I got a video feature in the Ringcentral app. In the plan description, I do not see video meetings as the included feature. Is it a video trial only for trial customers? I'm upgrading our current desk phone to a new model I ordered through RingCentral. The current phone we have now says "Pending Replacement". I'm currently remote so can't check functionality of the original phone. Will the phone we have in the office now remain functioning as it was until we get the new phone we ordered?

I have some users in Mexico that tell me that they can't make calls to Mexican toll free numbers. Is there something special that needs to be dialed to do this?

Hello, my credit union recently switched over to RingCentral. I am a Tech specialist and was asked a question about voicemail. Currently, our contact center can not transfer calls straight to someone's voicemail. Is there a setting or policy I can change so they are able to?

1. The call history shows but phone does not ring.2. There is no option to toggle "Accept Queue Calls" on or off where it normally would be in the app.3. I have attempted to changed the incoming call settings to make it work but any change made only seems to affect direct calls to my extension.
