What router works best with ringcentral and Verizon Fios?

We are currently using a Yealink 56P as our cordless phone along with several other Polycom corded phones. With our phone system setup, in order to transfer a call to another phone, it has to be parked first. We have softkeys on the desktop phones setup for this, but not for the cordless There is a sequence of keys that can be used, but for all practical purposes no one is going to do that from the cordless phone as it is just too difficult. Does anyone know a way to EASILY send a call to one of two predefined parking spots from the Yealink cordless phones?Is there another compatible cordless phone that might work better? I have read through the manuals for several other non-supported cordless models and haven't been able to find anything.Would using a cell phone with the mobile app potentially provide a better solution?Any help would be appreciated.

RingCentral works fine for my own incoming calls. But monitor via the HUD (RingCentral Phone) I see the call coming in but no window displays to pickup the call. Like others.We using this to monitor the reception phone number.Using the latest version, in terms of the settings all configured the same as others that work windows 10.Is there any reason why I can see incoming call (HUD) but not answer it?

I pulled a report earlier for queue calls and it shows GMT. I need to change it to CST. How do I do it? Thanks in advance... and you get a cookie for the correct answer :)

few calls are ok but only till 30 seconds after that voice keeps on breaking and one can hardly hear,checked my internet infact tried at 2 different places but same issues

Please check and try again", and it says the same for other attendees trying to join. The meeting link is not expired to my knowledge (they are set as recurring through the end of the year). What are some possible causes of this and how might I fix it?

I am trying to add extensions without an actual phone. I get stuck because these extensions require an e-mail address which is not available either. Any thoughts?

I have noticed any new contact is saved as "personal contact" of a user.What if someone wants to save the contact at main company level, how can it be configured? Also can the personal contact of user migrated to main company contact level?

Are there any limitations on number of users or participants joining a meeting? What is the highest number of people can join?

I am involved in two organizations that use ringcentral. Is there a way I can log into both accounts at the same time, or be logged into two instances of the app? For example have a ringcentral_1 app and a ringcentral_2 app? Where I can leave the app logged into organization 1 and logged into organization 2 at the same time. So all I have to do is click on a different icon depending on which organization I'm calling from instead of logging out of one and logging into the other.

How to filter out or identify only the incoming calls to a particular extension from Telephony Session webhook. I need to identify it before it ring to the dialled extension(reception extension). Then I will route the call to other extension depending on on my custom logic, with out ringing that reception extension phone.I have used active call list, but it ring the extension before gets routed to other extension. Seeing this intermittently across our Sales team today.Ring Central Phone -> Salesforce app.Click to Dial - > RC Phone shows correct phone state - > Salesforce app shows nothing, as if you didn't make the call at all. CASE 1 : SF app 'Catches up' and shows the call state during the call. Once the call ends, the SF app doesn't see that you have hung up, and presents the buttons to hang up the call. Clicking this results in a 'server error' message. CASE 2: SF app doesn't 'catch up' and the call appears in history in the SF app after a few minutes. Both cases have my sales team getting persnickety, as logging accuracy is part of their KPIs and anything that impacts their metrics (and thus comp) and involves computers has me on the carpet in about 5 seconds. How do I help a coworker set up her Voicemail PIN for her Desktop Ring Central phone. It is a T46S model. Technology is not her friend so I am trying to help her.

I have a user who just received a new computer I built for him. It is running an Intel i7-10750H @ 2.60Ghz, 16GM of RAM, Windows 10 1909 64 bit. RC Desktop app says his machine doesn't meet the specs. I know this is incorrect as my machine has lesser specs, and virtual backgrounds work just fine. What else can I do to force virtual backgrounds to work?

My laptop's fan has been running a lot. I opened up task manager several times to find an app called "SoftphoneCrashMonitor (32-bit)" using excessive resources (7-20% of a Xeon 3.0 GHz CPU). If I quit RingCentral's app, the resource hog goes away.This was not a problem until that latest app update.

We are having an issue where some users cannot monitor a call if it is RingCentral conference line. Any other type of call can be monitored fine. Only if the number is 266-337-3623 .Has anyone had this issue before? If so, is there a fix that has worked with you?

I would like to make sure the hold music is set to Ring Tones when creating a user through the API.So far I see where I can upload a custom greeting, or define the language of the greeting that should be used, but not where I can set the extension to a default greeting such as "Ring Tones" or "Raggae"?

Is it possible to have two different custom greetings for my voice mail message? I'd like to record an alternate custom greeting when I am out of the office/vacation. I only see an option to record only one custom or use the Ring Central default voice mail message. Thanks.

Hello, we have an after hours line set up to send a notification via email and SMS when someone leaves a voicemail. This works most of the time, though in some cases we do not receive an SMS notification. We're sure that everything is set properly on our end though we don't know why the issue keeps occurring. Any help would be appreciated!
