I have a need to copy a fairly long text string (over multiple days). I know I can copy each individual text, but that's very time consuming. I can also do a screen shot, but again, that's almost as time-consuming. Is there a better alternative? I use the desktop version of RC...NOT the new "app". Also, running Windows 10.Thanks.

Please consider providing a way to set a red "Busy" Status manually without blocking message sounds the way "Do Not Disturb" Status does in Ring Central (Classic).Preferably a customizable Status where you could type in the reason for "Busy" (i.e. - Away, Training, etc ...).

Hi. I have occasional problems where I get an application memory usage alert on my mac when running Ringcentral. It shows that it is using 60GB of application memory and is about to fail. Rebooting my machine clears the issue.This has happened on both my mac's. Latest is 2018 Mqac Mini i7 with 32GB memory.Any help?

When I go to sent messages and find my fax sent I do not see a way to resend. It should be in the options on the left to resend or at least on the same list to forward the message.

I've had some users get an "internal server error" message while in conference calls. These calls have involved users within the RingCentral app. One user would hear the message and the others would hear silence. After the message it disconnects the conference. Can someone explain what's happening? Is there a fix?

I am trying to get all the teams associated with a particular login. I know there are more than 250 teams in this example. When I use either the .Net SDK or calling the endpoint directly I never receive a nextPageToken value (even though there are far more than 250 teams). I would like to utilize a graph api call in an outside app resource. Can someone tell me how to set up an Azure application connection for the api calling for Ring Central and then if they have the ability to disable users. or delete users. When we terminate users we would like this piece to be automated outside of the portal.

We have a user who is monitoring and answering calls for their boss - and this works fine for them - we have the RC settings and permissions all set up correctly.However, if the boss is on a call with someone and decides to conference in another individual using the Conference soft key on his phone, her phone rings when the boss calls to add the new participant to the call - like it is a new incoming call. It is very odd. And on caller ID, she sees the phone number of the original participant on the call while the phone rings.For the user - she does not know if it is a new call or if he is adding another caller to his current call. She has accidentally intercepted several of his conference calls. The boss has a Cisco 8861 and the user has a Polycom 450.In IT, we reproduced this issue using a Cisco 8861 and a Polycom 350.

I have multiple people in my office when they transfer an outside call. We have no way of seeing who is transferring the and we have no idea that the call is a transfer or just someone calling from the office. Again a feature we were told we would have but no, and no one in CS can understand the problem or even remotely help with the situation.

Hello everyone. Was doing some testing for our chat app using Ringcentral.NET and the online API explorer. The syncType enum of "ISync" for the path "https://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/account/accountId/extension/extensionId/message-sync" is bugged and will always generate an error. Since the default type of sync is FSync, this makes it impossible to use incremental sync with the Messages Sync API. As we can't do incremental sync using the API, we are going back to the Message Store API paths for messages. Please fix the bug or let other developers know that it is broken.

I am brand new to RingCentral and getting up to speed on reporting. I have a question about Service Levels. I can see in Live Reporting that I can see the service level for today as calls are coming in. However, I see no way of getting that information for previous time periods via the performance reporting. The SLA column is not the same as the Service Level in Live Reporting. The rep who provided implementation training didn't see any way of finding this data in historical reporting. I find that a bit hard to believe, since its such a core piece of performance data for call queues.Has this topic come up before? We have an application that archives company meeting recordings using RingCentral APIs. The app is authorized as a Super Admin so that it has permissions to act for all users.1. Get list of all extensions in company/restapi/v1.0/account/~/extension2. For each extension, retrieve list of meeting recordings ($user->id extracted from Query 1)/restapi/v1.0/account/~/extension/' . $user->id . '/meeting-recordings3. For each meeting recording for the user, check if the file exists on Company Archive storage. If not, download the file and sync it to Archive storage.On October 20, we started receiving 401 Unauthorized requests. Yesterday there was an email sent out by Ringcentral saying that they were going to be moving the Data Centers to Chicago, IL. This morning our Ring Central within Sales Force has been extremely slow. Making it hard to use our dispositions. Is ringcentral aware of this issue? Is there a fix? This is slowing our Sales team down.
