I would like to log different informtion for Sales vs Customer Service calls in the Ring Central for Salesforce app. I have created the two Softphone Layouts. I navigate to the apex/AdminUI url to customize the fields. I don't see how I can change Log Customization by Softphone Layout.

Hello,We have been using RC WebHooks for the past 6 months without issue. Today, none of our webhooks are been sent/received. Is there an issue with the service? Do you have a service status page?I have checked the expiration and the API responded that my webhook is active, and expires in 2036. I have manually tested my endpoint and it is working fine.thank you

I am setting up an app for a website to sync with Ringcentral event details - however when I create an app in sandbox with meetings permissions I get forbidden errors as per below:{ "errorCode": "CMN-408", "message": "In order to call this API endpoint, user needs to have [Meetings] permission" }Looking at the forum; this looks like meetings are not enabled in the sandbox by default. How do I enable them to get the app ready to use?

Our company sandbox has graduated and been transited into a production environment. However running the same application against the production environment produces authorization failures. I have some questions about some API functionality.1. Is it possible to find a user/extension by searching by a custom field? We are using a custom field to store our company unique assigned ID so t hat we can, hopefully, tie a user/ext in RC to our internal employee ID.2. Is it possible to add sites/companies into the sandbox? Our company uses sites in production and I would like to test various things in an environment that can more closely mimic prod.3. Do you have a demo of the API events/notifications system or a sample response that would be sent from that system?4. The API site for creating an extension doesn’t show what fields are absolutely required. Do you have a list?If it matters, I am using C# and the ringcentral NuGet package.

About 3 weeks ago, the RC Phone on my Android began automatically logging me after after a couple of hours due to inactivity. We have now had a 2nd phone in our organization which began automatically logging the user off which began last week. So far we have had no reports of iPhone automatically logging users out. Any ideas?

Team, customer is asking for supporting doc on their fax issue. They worked with support that said "the rate of transmission from analog to digital is currently to fast which causes missed faxes. Please reach out to all suppliers that send you the faxes and request them to manually turn down rate of transmission from 14200 to 9600 to prevent the faxes from failing." ASK: do we have a better work around or documentation for our digital fax requirements that we can share?

For administrating purposes and to manage calls appropriately, I'd like to request an option to add a DND report. It'd be nice to be able to who and when someone puts themselves as DND.

When the auto-receptionist recording is done playing, there is a 6 second delay between the end of the IVR and when it announces it is connecting. This is confusing since it sounds like you are being hung up on. We want the option to press 9 if the caller wants a specific person, but with the auto Receptionist this is not possible without the delay. Our office has found a work around by transferring all incoming calls directly to the front reception desk with the Greeting IVR attached to her extension, but now when anyone transfers from another phone to hers it plays the Intro greeting again. I'm the tech administrator in our law firm and I need to be able to tell how often my employees are using RingCentral to talk to each other.I'm requesting an analytics page for RingCentral app to see how often it's being used to chat, amongst who is chatting, and the ability to back up someone's messages if I suspect that they are deleting them before I can view the contents of their communication.

We currently have our phone system setup in a queue/group that rings to 4 users. We have two main numbers that we use to determine who the call should be transferred to. In the queue setup, I have it configured to show the number that was called as well as the caller id information.I've been tasked to change the setup so that all calls come to one phone instead of using a queue. Unfortunately this does away with the ability to see the number that was called and instead will only show the caller ID.Is there a way to distinguish which phone number was dialed when not using a queue?

I have the latest RingCentral app version installed on my iPhone (20.3.35.71264). There is no longer an option to disable mobile integration. When I get an incoming call on my business line, I want it to ring on my RingCentral app; I do not want the RingCentral calls to appear on my mobile phone's call logs. There is also no longer an option to disable data VoIP calling.I have AT&T Call Protect installed on my iPhone and have set it up where all unknow callers that are not in my contact list to go directly to voice mail. So now, when I get incoming calls through my RingCentral business line, they're also going to my voice mail without giving me the opportunity to answer the calls on my cell. How can I make this work?

I am using my credentials to send sms from the HubSpot workflows.
