I'm trying to find out why the embedded widget drops a call when the page reloads. We have the code to load the widget via JavaScript in the footer. So, when the user is navigating on the site, that footer will reload with each page request. Why is that dropping the call that was active on the widget prior to the refresh?

Here's the situation:First, I start a RingCentral Meeting from my Windows 10 laptop.Customer Joins the Meeting from an iPhone 11 Pro Max using the Meetings app.Customer then attempts to share a PowerPoint presentation.At that point, a bunch of problems start:The slide is not shown full screen to those viewing the share.The text becomes garbled. In other words, the file isn't rendering properly.Can't do anything to go from slide to slide. Just have to pinch/zoom, etc. to move the view around the screen.Some other related notes:Tried this same thing with sharing a Google Slides slide deck and it works perfectly.Can jump through hoops to share the whole screen of the iPhone and then share that way but it only seems to share in presentation mode.Saving the PPTX file as a PDF seems to be a good workaround. Does anyone struggle logging their phone call against an opportunity?The RC plugin only gives me the option for options for Lead, Contact & Account.Opportunity is an option set up within the softphone center in Salesforce.I see no way to search for Opportunity within the plugin.

I see 467 Items that were sent to Ring Central since November of 2019. What has Ring Central done to answer these questions and how do we all get those answers?

A few months ago I switched from a Galaxy S7+ to my new Galaxy S10+ and immediately was experiencing problems with the Ring Central App. I can make and receive calls fine, and everyone comes through fine, but everyone on the other end is experiencing a lot of breaking up and in and out sound. I am told with each and every call that people cannot hear me. The network is still AT&T and I had no problems with the S7+. Using Wifi does not fix anything either. This is for work and is starting to greatly impact our business.Any help in finally resolving this would be appreciated.

I am using Version: 19.10.2 (E. 5.0.10) Build: 144 (rev. 9ff98ad). Where the images used to show for other members in a Team conversation, they now show as broken image links. I have restarted both my workstation and the application. Is this a setting I need to change?

I think we all want the capability that the RC Phone HUD has on our desktop to work on our cell phones but since it doesn't, has anyone found a work around to be able to identify and pickup calls going to a specific ext?Example: I need to make sure when I'm on my lunch break that I can answer incoming calls to our CEO.I have tried:- adding my cell phone to his user call handling, but this simply rings my phone when his rings and I can't distinguis the difference between a personal call to my cell, or a call coming in to him.- i have the ring central app on my phone, so whenever an incoming call comes into my extension, it shows its from ring central, i want this to happen when a call comes into him.- i setup a que - being mindful of the above ^^ i tried creating a que to ring .. and named the que CEO .. but i don't know how to trigger this que without an IVR, but i don't want u

After an Android update my RC phone app would only connect to my Bluetooth headphones when receiving a call. I uninstalled the app and logged in. Now I can;t answer or make calls and have them connect to my headphones. My native app still works fine.

We are trying to add a user to our company's RingCentral system. This particular user is not an employee (a vendor/consultant) so he should not have access to our main company thread where all users on our RingCEntral account is being added automatically. Is there any way to do this?

Ok, before I begin, is this the best place to report a (possible) developer related bug? If not, please let me know.The API docs for call log (https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Call-Log/readUserCallLog ) mention a "recording" response. Is this something that only exists if a call recording was made? Neither sample data set below shows it.Secondly, "message" as a response is not documented. It is shown in Example 1, and I get it in my tests, but it isn't documented.

I receive calls but then a heavy machinery sound plays over soon after clicking (1) to answer the call, and cannot connect or talk, as I can hear only that heavy noice, if they leave voice mail; only that sound is recorded. This is happening for the last 9 months. Receiving calls directly or through the app does not matter. Pls advice any one? Called weebly tech support 3 times. They cud not solve the problem yet.

We are having an issue, with the headphones on out going calls they work fine but on incoming calls they wont work thru the headphones only thru ring central and computer speakers

One of our user's has raised a concern that their calls/activity are not being logged in sfdc upon calling and noting the contact via ringcentral

We are a US based account having issues with a number we've ported to Ring Central.The porting process was very smooth, easy, and successful, now that the number has been ported we faced an issue, that even though when we dial out the Caller ID is our ported number, when somebody else, not from our company, is dialing this number, they're being routed to the old phone that we ported the number from.Anybody had ever such an experience or would know how to resolve this?This is affecting a huge amount of clients that are unable to reach us.
