Just got a new cisco 8861 phone.  I have a direct internet connection.  It is asking for an activation code and there is none.  Please let me know the work around. 

We had a brand and campaign registered after the chaos of the start of 2023. We met with our RingCentral account manager in September to go over all our opt-out language and they assured us everything looked compliant. At the start of December, without any warning, TCR revoked our campaign and said we needed better language. We've had multiple attempts of adding language to our website and copying what other companies that TCR show as being compliant. But every time we make the suggested changes, and wait 10+ business days after re-submitting our campaign registration, we get another rejection for different reasons. We are a law firm that only uses texting to communicate with our clients, or with people who filled out the form on our website looking to speak to our law firm about their case. We don't send out mass messages, or sell the info. We include the boiler plate "text STOP to Opt-out at anytime" in our initial text messages. Has

I’m trying to access call recordings older than 90-days (we pay for 1 year of storage).  Apparently, they are available in cloud storage via the admin console.  However, I don’t have an admin console option when I log into the admin portal. I also tried to access them via “archiver”, but it doesn’t look like that ever got set up for our account. 

My team send SMS messages that include our company URL. I am trying to reduce the number of characters in our messages to better comply with the character limits of “segments” but I cannot find information on how URLs are counted as segments. 

I need to add two other members of my team to our dev account. I found this topic about adding a new developer, but when I go to the screen shown there is no "Invite New Developer" button.

The VCards send and make their way successfully to phone numbers.However, some iPhones don’t show the VCF properly, but show as basic .vcf files with integer names.I’ve attached a picture of this difference, some notes:I’m doing this on Make.com using the HTTP module with sends a basic API request with parameters (the CURL equivalent is attached with sensitive information removed). If Ring Central reads these, they need to note, this type of service is only occurring with RC. They are at fault for this disaster of a situation that is costing all of us hundreds of thousands in lost revenue. I personally have worked on TCR since January of 2024. Other companies I use SMS with were approved within a week. I’ve spoken to dozens of agents and supervisors and everyone just escalates to the next person. Nothing ever changes. No solutions are ever presented. The same errors I receive back were corrected months ago, and even the agents I work with agree that my campaign should be approved. This is supposedly being vetted by a 3rd party that no one can contact? To me, that seems like fraud of the largest level.  I’ve begun exploring legal recourse and with the volume of people this affects, I think there’s a real case to be made. Can you confirm whether external guests added to a RingCentral team chat can initiate direct conversations with other employees within the organization, If yes, is there any communication restrictions or permissions that we can apply to external users within the RC platform for stopping this?

Since the Poly OBi302 is no long in production and that was the main ATA unit for a good price, I have been attempting to manually configure a Poly OBi 300 and a Poly ATA 402, but I cannot figure out where all of the provisioning info gets plugged into the ATA units. I understand all of the RingCentral side and getting the provisioning info, but need to know what fields need what to make it work.If anybody has a cheat sheet or any info as to where the provisioning info needs to be assigned in the Poly units, most likely, they are very similar to each other on the firmware side, if I can get the info on one, I will be able to get the other working.I know they are not supported by RingCentral, but I need to find a solution for people analog phones and this is best course to follow.Thanks, Doug

I have jumped through hoop after hoop and still got rejected for my TCR registry and can not text my technicians. Here is the last thing they failed us for…… DCA2 declined sharing request for campaign CFDYABT. Explanation: Unable to verify, needs compliant and accurate CTA information. Update with specific path for mobile opt-in, HELP instructions, STOP instructions, message frequency disclosure, "message and data rates may apply" disclosure and link to the message program privacy policy, or language referring to the privacy policy. We have been trying to complete our TCR registration for over 2 months (since January 9th, 2023) and no one at RingCentral seems to be able to help. We have time and date-stamped screenshots (only attaching the final one here) of the successful submission through the RingCentral portal and email trails showing the multiple times we have also submitted it via email in PDF to different parties at RingCentral -- all of which we can forward. How can we view text messages for our users. There are some old questions out there but haven't seen anything recent. We would like our Managers to be able to review their staffs interactions with customers for auditing/training purposes.

The first image is the wording they require with the checkbox consent. The problem is I use a contact form from Honeybook. They don’t have an option where I can add a single checkbox, but they have one where I can have the user select one or the other. I labeled them so the customer has to actively choose on or the other.This is why I’m being rejected and it’s the ONLY reason left from the long list of nit-picking wordsmithing they did (including contradictory wording from different phone reviewers) Here’s what they want me to have:  Here’s what I was able to add based on the limitations of my form (which btw… there’s no mechanism to track these responses)
