I'm trying to set up a Holiday template for Call Queues but there is no Custom rules section like there is in the regular call queues settings. I can make a Call Handling template the way I would like where I can set the days and the announcement I want but I want to do the same for Call Queues without having to go to each call queue and setting the holidays.

In versiones 6.25 and 6.25.1 we are not able to list any existing SMS for the account and also cannot write new SMS.SMS history looks empty, but we already have a lot SMS created from or received in the RingCentral desktop app:Also, we are not able to send messages from Salesforce app because there is not an input to write and neither the 'Send' button

How can I create a user that has the ability to check voicemails and view call logs of all users that belong to a site?

I am looking to setup what I would consider a simple partial call automation on incoming calls to our main company number. To put it simply, Monday-Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM when our secretary is online (not in DND) all calls will be handled manually by her (i.e. my current setup). I just want to add when she is offline (Lunch, Vacation Day, Sick day, etc) and on DND then the main line calls will go through 1 level of automation. So when she is offline any incoming callers hear "Welcome, press 1 for Customer Support, 2 for Technical, 3 for All other calls, or 4 for the company directory". We already have the call groups setup and working when the secretary vets the call she manually forwards the call to the appropriate group (Customer Support or Technical). All I want to do is know how to setup when she is on DND and the incoming caller hears the automation option and can choose to go to the groups by choosing 1, 2, 3, or Directory. I cannot see where to set this

We host electronic health records and want to fetch inbound faxes for multiple RC clinic clients via a schedule job. I am all confused over the terminology and the right approach. From the developer console, we have the Client ID and secret along with JWT. Is that belong to our application? Based on what I read, it seems we should use the JWT authentication for each of our client, does that means each client login on their own account, launch their developer console and somehow get the JWT token to us? When the getting start page stated Client ID, is it our app client ID or the client account Client ID?If someone can guide us on the roadmap, we would really appreciate it. We want to transition our clients from faxage.com to RC.

Im trying to port out my RingCentral to number to a different carrier. They keep telling the zip code is whats make the port not going through. The zipcode is what I have on my RingCentral number but the carrier keeps rejecting. I can not afford to lose my ringcentral number.

I have a call queue set up for sales calls that rings simultaneously to all our sales people. In the past month, the sales people are able to push the send to voicemail button from their app and the caller goes to their personal voicemail. Thus one sales person would be able to take all the sales leads by sending all the calls to his voicemail instead of letting it ring for another sales person to answer. Is there a way to disable the Send to Voicemail button?

Hi, I have been tasked with implementing Click2Call within ServiceNow to use our RingCentral phone application. Having studied the various ways to do this, using the RingCentral SDK library appears to fulfill all our requirements. However, I cannot see anywhere how I can install this SDK in ServiceNow. Hello, having issues with my RingCentral app and RingCentral web (chrome) I am unable to rcvd or make calls the phone button does not highlight green its GRAY. I have restarted my computer few times my RingCentral shows I am completely ''OFFLINE'' BUT when I log on my cell phone app everything works OK any advice.

When using the Agency Zoom integration with Ring Central, and trying to initiate a call from Agency Zoom to a Disconnected number, the call just rings and rings. But when we try to call the same number directly from Ring Central it immediately notifies me that the number is disconnected. I’m changing services due to the sms limit and have been trying to port my number out for weeks. I have talked to my account manager which was not helpful at all. I need to be able to port my number asap or I will be canceling all my numbers with RingCentral.
