We are so excited to finally make available to our developer community the new home of our Developer Forums! Our new forums are designed specifically for developer communities, making it easier for developers to share code samples, to seek help from experts, and search past knowledge base articles to achieve our forums' primary objective: to connect developers to the answers they need as quickly as possible.Even though all of the community's content has been successfully migrated to our new site, our job is not done yet. We still have a few tasks before us in order to tidy up and get things exactly where we want them. Below are a few of the changes yet to come.Known Issues1. Redirects. Within the next 24 hours, we will begin redirecting users from the old site to the new one.2. Username cleanup. When migrating users, we created new usernames on behalf of our community members. " later he claimed that it was a security question. If this was a security question, I would say something like "before I can provide more information, I need to ask few security questions"... first of all, this was not part of the security questions. I take this as an insult. If Ring Central going to dominate this market, they need to build a better culture and focus on their core values. Ring central claims that their focus is "We drive progress, creativity, and accountability that create great outcomes for our customers."This was definitely not the outcome I was expecting. My problem was not solved and I was rudely insulted. Shame on you Ring Central for having reps like this.
Does RC have a dedicated place where planned software releases are announced for Glip, Phone and Meetings (and even the platforms)? Ideally a blog format (with RSS) that's purely from the product teams and not mixed in with the rest of the RC user community.
