when I add a url in a SMS message for a number that is included in bulk SMS, it will not send and I get an error that says message not sent

Our dev is developing an app using Ringcentral's SMS API to send SMS on behalf of different users (extension) in our ringcentral account. Each user extension in our Ringcentral account has a DID and are assigned with additional numbersIs there a way to authenticate a super admin user to be able to send out SMS on behalf of other extenison ? After some googling, seems it is not posisble but I just want to ask again to see if things has changed in Ringcentral.Also, if we need to be able to send out SMS on behalf of each user/extension in ringcentral using API, what's the best way to authenticate those users?For JWT, do we have to ask each user we need to send out SMS on behalf of to have sign up in the Dev portal and then issue a JWT for that particular user? What if there are 100 users, do we need to do it with those 100 users each?? and each time there is a new user added, we will have to sign the new user up on the Dev portal and create the JWT code for that new user, add it t

We are using the Salesforce integration for making calls. I cant find any details on the admin site about how this traffic flows across my network. if I use the RingCentral app I can add DSCP tagging 46 and apply QoS to the traffic.How his this traffic handled when using the Salesforce integration ? there's no network details in the admin guide. How do I apply QoS to this on my network, when I do a packet capture I can only see traffic from the browser and the endpoints listed on the ringcentral app network page arent listed.

Is there a way to get notified when someone becomes available, in other words turns status to Green?

Does RingCentral have a solution for virtual caller ID display? For example, in a ride-hailing scenario, drivers and passengers may call each other through a dialing interface provided in the app when needed, but what they see is a virtual number instead of the real one, just as described here.

When executing the "GetCallQueuePresence" the parameter "acceptCurrentQueueCalls" is not returned (according documentation it should be available) - see screenshot.Why is the parameter missing?

We are working on a project to have a supervisor listen in on the calls being made (live). While going through the API reference guide (Supervisor session) In that, it is asking for a telephony sessionid. I am using API to send fax. Fax shows my company name on top left corner "From:<My CompanyName>"How can I change or hide that name. I have tried changing the Caller ID in Admin > Phone System > Caller ID Name but that does not seem to take effect.

Hello,I am trying to retrieve all messages for a specific date range company wide. But when i pass the below i get resource not found. Please advise what am i missing.

I am noticing within my testing that I receive multiple notifications every time a user changes their presence status. I have confirmed that I only have a single subscription for presence change for a single user. When I deactivate the user from the queue (by toggling the switch), I can see 2 notifications come through and it triggers my webhook two times. Since the notification data at that point is something that I need to handle (the user has status = Available but is not part of the call queue), it results in my webhook triggering twice (with 2 authentication calls).Is there a way to ensure that we only receive single notifications for these changes? I'm concerned about hitting the rate limits for authentication if every trigger is getting triggered twice.Along the same lines, after my webhook runs and fixes the person's status (putting them back in the queue if they are available), I then receive 2 notifications again. Hi, When looking at the detailed view, i see that under the legs segment, the To and From segment are contradicting. The name associated with the numbers is different for the same id data pull. Maybe I am not understanding this, but why are the datapoint different. Is there a document/link you can share that explains the detailed view. And in the legs segment , (1) the number in the from and to are different and (2), the number starting with 347 is associated with individual starting with name EV , but on the above screenshot, the same number is associated with individual starting with name MAGCan you help clear this confusion please ?

We are having an interesting issue where our program is unable to authenticate against the RingCentral API. I can use the same credentials within postman and it works fine. But when our program attempts to authenticate, it has lately been giving "error":"invalid_client" errors. I've double checked the client ID, client secret and JWT. It worked once and then all of a sudden is stopped working even though I could successfully use postman.We previously had a bunch of errors come through so we turned off the app and then were fixing the problem. We turned the app back on and it works through postman but not through the program. Any ideas?
