Access to RingCentral University

Hi,I asked some of my users (new members of staff) to gain access to the Ring Central University to learn about our telephony system. They came back to me and said they couldn't log in because they got an error message that says: 'Sorry, you currently don't have permission to access this service'.I worked out that if I changed their role to 'Super admin' (which is effectively full platform access) then they could access the University.Obviously I do not want to give my standard users full platform access but is that right? Has anyone else had that issue or am I missing something?Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Need Carrier for RingCentral

Our company is implementing software that can notify us via text message. The software is asking for the carrier for the numbers that we want to receive the text messages. I want to have send the notifications to our Ring Central #s. To do that I need know the carrier that can be used to send messages to a RingCentral #s - just like what is explained in this RingCentral help bubble I am attaching.

Real Time Reporting App to keep track of new clients

Does Ringcentral have an API that allows real time reporting of calls in progress? We would like to keep track of our calls to keep track of new clients. Similar to a CRM, if a client calls that a pop up window open and we could see prior notes, if it is a new client that we can move it in a separate call log to follow up.Does something like this or similar exist?

Cannot send sms from main company number

I have a production app working and it can send outgoing sms messages form all my numbers properly, except from my main company number. I have search around the forum and found several references that state that you have to use the operator extension that is defined in your IVR - which I am doing. But i am still getting the "Phone number doesn't belong to extension" error message returned.Is this a possible problem with Multilevel-IVR? or does anyone know of a possible other issue that I may be missing.

.NET SDK Failing To Authorize

As of 6th May 2021, our RingCentral CRM integration stopped working. The integration is providing click to dial and screen popping capabilities within the Access RDB CRM software. This is a custom plugin that has been developed for us .After speaking with our developer, they have advised that the issue has occurred due to changes made by RingCentral surrounding the authorization within the .NET SDK. The plugin is using the 2.0.2 version of the .NET SDK. The plugin is now unable to authorize with RingCentral so it no longer works.Is anybody aware of any changes relating to this that may have been made around 6th May that could cause this type of plugin to suddenly stop being able to authorize? The plugin has been working fine for the previous 12 months. The assumption is that, as there have been no changes to the plugin or any of the authorization credentials on our end, the changes must have occurred from RingCentral.Please can somebody advise on what the underlying issue is likely to

Maximum duration of supervise call

Hi community,I would like to ask if there is some limit of supervise duration of a call session. I have strange behavior with integration with RingCentral. I don't have calls longer than 15mins. Is this an issue with the subscription that last 15mins and needs to be renewed? For subscription i'm using RingCentral.Net.Pubnub package compatible with .net 4.7.

I have been looking all over the Ring Central Developer Web Site for a way to route calls based on user input and I can’t find anything. Here is what I’m trying to do:User calls and is prompted for a Work Order Number (6 digits).Work Order is verified if legit by lookup into our database.If the Work Order is legit, the user is prompted for a PIN (4 digits).The system would lookup the PIN in our database and return an extension to forward the call to.If that extension is busy, forward the call to a Call Queue.If not busy, but no pickup after 6 rings, prompt the user if they want to leave a voicemail or go to the Call Queue.Is there an app or way to do this? I can write REST web services for the SQL queries to return a value if that's needed.

Using Zapier Webhooks w/ Engage Voice "JWT Missing"

Hello,I have done a few webhooks before but never in this format. I need a simple explanation on crafting a post request as seen below to our Engage Voice Account.What need to happen: A contact comes in from an outside source like LinkedIn or Facebook, and I need to route it to a campaign and a group within that campaign.I tested a POST URL like this:https://engage.ringcentral.com/voice/api/v1/admin/accounts/15300002/campaigns/250805/groups/208297And loaded in a few test field as seen below. I got a "JWT is missing" error and I'm not sure where i went wrong. I read some documentation but I'm not sure how to translate the developer stuff over to the Zapier format seen below.Any help on what I'm missing would be greatly appreciated.
