Hi, i would like to have a sound notification for my fax transmission app, if a fax submitted take long time or if it fail, I need to be notified.Is that possible? can it be implemented?Thank you

Please tell me if I am missing something.I am an IT for several medical offices. These offices have been paying for the Fax service for years and they like the feature to Scan-to-Fax built into the old RingCentral Phone (SoftPhone) application for their desktops.The new RingCentral app variation just seems to be a web app put into windowed form. The interface seems fine, but for faxing productivity.... what used to take one to two clicks to scan & fax a document from with the old RingCentral (Softphone) app, now takes a lot more effort because you have to scan with an external application, then switch back into the new RingCentral App to attach the file, then send.I recently upgraded an pediatric offices systems and software with the latest versions of all apps. How do I view the entire fax I sent and not just the cover sheet? The only thing that is viewable is the cover sheet in TIF format. Is this nomal. I would like to see all the pages sent.

Case#: 10988278. I have a fax only account. UsIng the Ring Central App there is no option to view or send a fax. This is the same going to www.ringcentral.com & log in to my account. There is no option to view or send a fax. Please add that feature to my account.

Hello,Hope someone can answer my question related to fax broadcasting using distribution lists in Exchange online public folders or AD group. I am trying to broadcast faxes using my Outlook client (email to fax feature). We are on O365 (Exchange online) and we still use public folders in O365. These public folders contain distribution lists with contacts that were created for faxing (ex:1112223333@rcfax.com). We have over 700 pharmacies across the country and we have to send faxes to them on a regular basis. We used to have an internal fax server that was configured to use distribution lists from O365 Exchange Online. We phased out that server and now I am trying to implement similar feature using RingCentral faxing platform. Everything works fine if I would enter 700 addresses in 1112223333@rcfax.com;4445556666@rcfax.com .... format while creating an email in my Outlook but it is not practical to enter 700 address in the "TO: " field. With the RingCentral Faxing solution will I have the ability to have 1 main fax number that can server multiple people. If so how would the faxes get to the users? Want to implement this within our organization. Would this be based on Extension within my Avaya IP Office system? Thank you in advance.

I need help sending a fax

Fax receipt error where the recipient has not changed the fax number, but the physical location of the faxes in their office. All RC faxes to these numbers are not being received. Please help!

Hello, I am new to the Community.How does a user control the order in which documents are faxed through Glip when attaching the documents? I thought that the pages were faxed in the order that they were attached... but now I have multiple examples where that is not the case.Thank you.

I am trying to fax to a number in Greece but keep getting a "Failed" attempt result.I have enabled international calling and included all correct country/regions codes.

Our environment requires us to send faxes traditional way. Recently we switched to RingCentral telephone service and were planning to switch our fax machines also. To test it first, we port it only one machine. 90% of our faxes failure to send. Only few numbers that we can send them through. We are using Toshiba e-Studio 5055c with ECM disabled. Toshiba's e-Studio MFPs don't have baud settings for reducing transmit speed. Instead, they adjust speed automatically based on recipient. Interesting that faxes sent perfectly fine when using desktop app.Also, when faxes are sent of failure, there are no records under the log of that extension where fax machine connected to the corresponded ATA.Any suggestions?

Not a customer yet, trying to get a good handle on things before we take the leap - we will only be using the fax services offered by RingCentral.Currently, we have multiple fax lines to our Agency, each line going to a different department. With our current electronic fax system, a single person monitors the database/inbox for their department and when a fax arrives, they forward it by email to the proper recipient. We're hoping to mirror that system and flow as much as possible.Ideally, what I would like to see happen is when a fax arrives for a specific number, that fax is forwarded via email to an account that is monitored by a staff member, who then forwards it along to the proper person. I am trying to find a fax that I send 1.5 months ago. I can't find it. How can I see this?

I have a US account, only ever used for faxing. Tried to send a fax yesterday, the desktop app and the web app did not give me the compose fax option. Can see old faxes, but no way to create a new one. Even tried fax to email and it gave me this message "The fax you submitted on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at 12:55 PM could not be sent because your account doesn't have fax sending capabilities. If you would like to use this functionality, please upgrade your account and resubmit your fax or contact our customer support." Can anyone help? I downloaded the desktop app (Version: 20.2.31.176 Web, 20.2.30.1656 Windows) but I don't see where I can create a new fax cover page or edit an existing fax cover page.

I have a US account and I use the RingCentral IOS App to receive and forward faxes (about 15 - 20 times a day). When I forward faxes, I don't want a cover page (most of the faxes are sent to my own fax machine and printing a cover page is a waste of paper). The default for the cover page is "Contempo" and I have to change it every time to "None" (which is a pain in the butt). How do I set the default cover page for faxes to be "None"?

In email to fax- Email signature on faxes breaks the signature images out to separate pages and adds 6 pages to the fax. One page for each image. Any way to fix this issue?

Hello!Is there a way to set for all of the incoming faxes in RingCentral as a searchable PDF document instead? Currently, it's just a regular PDF document. This option is extremely crucial!

Failed Faxes Disappear from my app and I can't resend myself. I must creat fax again.I use to be able to resend a fax when it failed. Now, it disappears from my app and I must create it again and reattached all files. I can't find any setting to change to make it stay in my app until I see it and resend it.
