We are receiving more than two dozen robocalls per day noe that we are with Ring Central. Never had this problem with AT&T. Is someone working on this? All the tech reps tell me to do is register on donotcall.gov which we have and which does nothing.

Is there somewhere we can view a detailed list of bug fixes for a particular release? In this case, we want to know if a bug was fixed in the latest release of the RingCentral Modern App. The release notes only show the enhancements. Bug fixes are not detailed.

Why does RC Phone and Ringcentral require permission to allow rc phone to make and manage phone calls?I got RC so that I could use it separately from my personal phone, as a VOIP solution, why does it need access to my Android dialer?

Our company's phone transfer to RC was just completed the other day. In the meantime, the desktop app and mobile app had shown temporary phone and fax numbers. We were told that once the transfer was complete these numbers would update.The mobile app has updated to the correct numbers but the desktop app has not. How can this be fixed?

We are using the RingCentral Standard Canadian.I'm about to start the porting process for our direct dial numbers and our main company numbers. We would like to use RingCentral and Teams to schedule conference calls like Webex Teams. We are using the latest Ring Central desktop app and I have created a team. It does not seem to offer a schedule option to schedule a Teams conference call. Does anybody know if this is even possible and if not can this be added later as a feature?

The URI rcmobile worked for the Ring Central Phone app but does not work for the RC App. Since the RC Phone app is being retired and replaced by the RC App, this rcmobile URI needs to be updated to work correctly with the RC App. This is a critical problem that needs to be addressed. We don't always receive the recorded voicemail message in email, only the text. They were coming through fine but have now stopped.

I'm using MY PHONE. Not one supplied by my employer. I have zero interest in the app having access to my dialer, contacts, or texts. VOIP (whether cell or wifi data) should be able to provide a self-contained system to do that without interfering or needing access to my contacts, my text messages in the native or other apps.If it is WORK communication it should reside in the app, or my work CRM, not in my phone.When I installed the new Ring Central it absolutely interfered with texts SELECTIVELY!! Hi, we have a set of users managing a Tech Support number while the usual reps are 'off'. We have rules set up for different members of the team to receive the calls at different periods through the day but if they cannot answer it goes to the personal voicemail of that person rather than the tech support one. Is there a way to ensure that anyone ringing in to the tech support number is always getting the tech support voicemail?

I've downloaded and installed the latest RingCentral app (version 20.2.31.176) for Windows 10. There doesn't seem to be an option, anywhere, where I can configure this app to start when I log in to Windows.
