How do I respond to a spam text to opt out when it comes from a truncated number 88022? information fail I get from app is. "SMS cannot be sent to an extension. Please use direct numbers instead".

Hi @Mike Pickle, there is currently no option to block or reply to 5-digit numbers. You may vote for this feature request at https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/ENTCOM-I-78.
