Hello, I would like to add a second phone number to my account that can be accessed and used by several people in my organization. I would like this phone number to have capability to send and receive texts (calling optional).


Is there a way to enable this in RingCentral?

Hi @maria vaysman, a phone number can only be assigned on one extension and can only send an SMS when you log in with its credentials on the RC App.
