Does your Salesforce Integration Support Open CTI?

I understand that sometime in 2015, SFDC will no longer support phone integrations that are not built on the Open CTI.  Your Salesforce Administrator guide shows that RingCentral is currently using CTI 4.0. What are your plans for 2015?  Will your Salesforce Softphone ever support Macs?

Is anyone actually using this app? We are testing it out, but seems to lack some functionality compared to the original CTI adapter.

Mr. Peng,

There are in fact hundreds of RingCentral customers who are using the new RingCentral for Salesforce. Can you comment on what features you're looking for that are missing?

i assigned the users for the ring central TA but the user cannot see the app on the home page, need help

You assigned those users in the Call Center in Salesforce setup? Did you give those users access to the RingCentral Visualforce page in their profile?
