Someone received a voicemail and they want to send it to someone else. Easy, they find the voicemail, hit the More button, and choose "share". But this person does not have "Share with Email", only "Share as message". We discourage using messages because we have about a half dozen other messaging tools and do not need another one (wish I could turn this off entirely but I digress). Why does this person not have Share with Email? How can I grant them this ability?

We have a user w/ Do Not Disturb on, but calls are not going to voicemail. They are receiving a general message. Anyone else had this issue?

Hello,I have been trying to accept calls, but I do not have the option to accept queue calls. My coworkers seem to have this check mark under their profile, but I only have my availability and call rules. Is there something I can change on my account to get the feature?

We would like to have a secondary disposition tab linked to the level one disposition tab when a call ends. The idea is to allow the level one disposition to be identified to the service area the call pertained to.

Does it matter that Malwarebytes Premium (MBAM) is blocking a feature of RingCentral App during load? I have a few extensions, the main number and my personal line. both ring on my cell phone and the app. RC cannot help me to determine if the call is coming in on the main line or my personal line. I want to know if the caller is calling for me personally. This seems so simple. This is very important as we answer them differently. Anyone understand what I need?

Hello!Here is a situation. I currently have a fax system for our office with Biscom Fax. All of the incoming faxes will be converted to a searchable PDF file. The files will be stored on a network folder, where all of the employees can access too. Everything is pretty instantaneous. Is there a way we can do this for Ringcentral? My goal is to create a centralize fax system for all of my staffs.

The Detailed Call Log for a particular user is averaging a higher percentage of "Not Connected" calls than others on the team. What are the best reports/logs that we can look at to give us some insight? Calls are placed using the mobile app.Any suggestions would be appreciated.Thank you,

Example: Someone will be out of office; and we need for their inbound SMS text messages to forward to a different extension while they're out of office- similar to call forwarding, but for SMS.

When using RC Android app to make phone calls to answer calls, sound is not transmitted via phone's microphone. Only way for me to get the microphone to work is by switching to speaker and then switching back to microphone.I don't have this issue with any other apps on my phone. I don't know if there is any specific settings on RC. If so, I can't seem to find it. I see the microphone icon in the status bar and it shows RC has the access, so I don't think it's a permission issue.Has anyone seen this? It's annoying and potentially have privacy issues.I'm using Pixel 6, Android 13. I also tried reinstalling the app.

Sometimes the office is closed unexpectedly, I'd like for a way to have the receptionist just dial a keycode, or press a soft button that will just divert all calls to an out of office mailbox for our IVR. We used to be able to do this with our old system.It's very frustrating that I have to log in and make the changes manually to our call flow.

We bought into ringcentral through spectrum and they assured me this would work. It doesn't and I want to make sure I purchase what I need to fix this disaster. I've seen the bogen tamb2 used to bridge the gap from the ata to the amp. Anyone familiar with this? I also emailed valcom and they said their VRCPA paging adapter would work with ring central without the ATA. Any help is appreciated.

For inbound calls, we received the CLID just fine but no CNAM. Is this a RC limitation? Customers that called us before we migrated to RingCentral had their CNAM shown on inbound calls, same customers call same number and now only CLID shows.

Simple feature request - would be very easy to implement. Scenario is this:* Queue is set up to ring multiple people simultaneously* Those people are set to AVAILABLE and all of their phones ring - but they may not want to answer it so they REJECT the incoming call (hit the red hang up button). Today - they system keeps ringing that person back over and over again throughout the QUEUE wait time - until it sends the caller to voicemail. If you set wait time to 30 seconds, and you keep rejecting the call - you get literally 10+ rings.* SIMPLE solution - you have an existing setting under the QUEUE call handling setup - under WAIT SETTINGS - that says: "When members are available, but no members answer or all members are busy or unavailable".... and the ONLY Option for normal users is "WAIT". URGENT!!!I'm not sure when this started, but everyone is able to see when a call is being monitored. You can see here that ext 8006 is monitoring 8002. How do I disable this?!?!

HelloThe ring central application on my Dell computer will not ring when any one calls. Instead, it waits until the person has disconnected from the attempted call and then Ring Central notifies me that I have a missed call. I have verified my settings are correct and notifications are coming through as normal. When I do call someone they cannot hear me at all although I can hear them.This same thing occurs when I log into Ring Central through Chrome. The Ring Central app works perfectly fine call wise on my personal cell phone. As far as the application on my computer goes I can still text and fax documents no problem. The only issue is with calling.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank You

Has anyone else noticed DND (Do Not Disturb) status is not working as it used to?How it used to work: I would change my status right below my profile picture to Do not disturb, and all my calls would be delivered to my Voice Mail.How it works now: DND does not seem to mean anything if chosen from the profile picture. Instead I have to go to Settings > Phone > Call rules and voicemail. If I want to avoid calls while in a video meeting, I also have to go to Settings > Video and disable Allow incoming calls when in a meeting.I opened a case with Support, but was told this was part of an update.

I have set up a group of 2 admin staff. I have set up a voicemail for that group. However, if the phone is not answered by either member of the group, it just continues to ring and never goes to VM. Not sure how to fix this.

I received a call from someone saying they are from Microsoft Dynamics. Which was an expected call. When I called them back using the number they provided and that was on the Caller ID the hold music and announcement is the default from RingCentral. I'm sure Microsoft would use their own Teams phone system for call and not RingCentral.
