With our old phone system, we had several Poly Trio 8800's that used as a SIP phone plus had lines for Microsoft Teams (via Skype) and Zoom. Is this possible on Ringcentral?We purchased a Poly Trio 8800 directly from Ringcentral. When we try to go into Settings, Advanced, we aren't seeing most of the options we do on our existing 8800's so there is no ability to provision additional lines. Also, we can't reach the web interface (that's something that you need to turn on under Advanced and that's not a choice on this phone. I chatted with Customer Support online yesterday and they said the phone must be bad and are sending a replacement.In the meantime, I took one of our existing 8800's, assigned it to a Ringcentral extension as an Existing Phone and after it provisioned for Ringcentral, it now acts just like the one we purchased from Ringcentral so I don't think there is anything "wrong" with the one they are replacin

Is it possible to give the caller a choice to either have their call redirected back to an extension OR leave a voicemail?For example, if our receptionist directs a caller to a user's extension and the user doesn't pick up, can we then give the caller an option to either leave a voicemail at that extension OR have their call sent back to the front desk?I don't see this as an option for default call handling, as you can only pick one, but I was wondering if perhaps there was an IVR workaround of some sort.

My question is if I send out a mass sms campaign, does it send it anonymously rather than in a group? They need to be individual texts to each client and they cannot see the other clients in the campaign group. Basically can I send out one campaign to multiple users without them seeing the other recipients?Additionally, is the SMS Campaign's feature HIPAA Compliant?

With Quality Assurance Planners, can a supervisor see what is in another representative's tasks in the event the rep is out sick that day? Can these tasks be reassigned to another representative to take them over?

I need to add a loud ringer to the yealink phone but i am really struggling to find anything, i have a body shop and need a ringer to ring in theworkshop as i cant hear thephone in the office, putting a phone in the garage is not really an option.

I am trying to get multiple limited extensions in a ring group. Is this possible? I have tried Shared Lines, Call pickup, Call monitoring, and queues, and it appears you have to have an MVP license to be added to these groups. Does anyone know of a workaround for this?

I've already reconnected my Drive. There's really no other settings I can see.Seems like the Google Drive archiver tool is broken. How do I fix this?

I have a user that randomly on her mobile app and desktop app the call queue call will ring only once and then immediately move to the next member in the group. The apps have been uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times but this does not seem to fix the issue. Sometimes the issue lasts for 20 minutes and sometimes hours. As randomly as it starts it randomly stops. During this time direct calls to her extension/DID go through normally. Also during this time the other members of the call queues do not experience this issue. How can I troubleshoot this?Any information would be appreciated.

When our primary number receives a call, multiple recipients' phones ring simultaneously even though we have that account set to ring in order. The idea is for calls to roll from one recipient to the next, but people keep answering calls that should be ringing only to the first recipient.We have Incoming calls for that line set to ring in order and two total lines set to receive the calls. The first line should be the only one to ring, with the second one set to start after 6 rings (30 seconds), but yeah they both just start ringing at the same time.

We have multiple users who cannot send fax from email. This started last week and has continued this week. The users have been setup and granted access using their company email address on the administrator portal.I have verified the sending email address using the tools provided and has passed.I opened a ticket last week and have not heard back.Any help would be appreciated.Thank you.

How can I recieve incoming calls without the caller having to dial an extension?

We have a very low monthly volume of SMS messages we receive on our RC business phone number (5 to 10) and we DO NOT send out SMS messages. What monthly or one-time fees will we be charged with the upcoming implementation of this TCR stuff? And do we have to submit a brand application?

Prior to moving to RingCentral in March of this year, our legacy Avaya phone system routed customer calls to our payment service provider without issue. Since migrating to RingCentral in March and having the Contact Center IVR [Nice InContact IVR] route the payment related calls----we have received many customer complaints about their digits or key entries (account numbers) being duplicated. Testing, if we bypass the InContact IVR and have an RC extension forward the calls---no problems. After many hours of conference calls and test calls, we seem to be getting no closer to a resolution. As others have noted with other issues, the troubleshooting and coordination relationship between RingCentral and Nice InContact seems to be dis-jointed.Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Any resolution?

Where is the email address set for the system mailbox ?

I curranty have a ring central account and I use the window desktop App to bulk text my customers invitation to join our service list. I am aware that ring central will require all ring central users to register the phone number with the Registry. Will the Desktop Text feature continue to work the same. I am able to bulk text and blind copy my clients 10 at a time . Will Ring Central continue to support this app or will you for me to migrate over to your enhance texting program?

I use ring central for running a support help desk. I'd like to add a standing conference call as an option for IVR when our call volumes are very high during a service outage. Rather than having tons of users calling individually with the same issue, I'd like a live conference led by a single person who can field lots of users at once. I'd like a solution that stays entirely inside RingCentral and doesn't require a handoff to another call provider.

We are using RingCentral's computer app with the phone icon with bluetooth headsets. We have this super long terms and conditions text we have to read the customer and then wait for them to say "I agree". I thought it would be really great if we could just play a pre-recorded terms and conditions audio which asks them at the end to say "I agree". At which point we know they have accepted.What would be the best way to do this? I've been looking around trying to find the best option but most are super complicated and I think they will cause issues for our sales people.Has anyone had any experience with this or know a good possible solution?Thank you!

We ported over our main phone number and what was our fax number previously. Am I able to assign what was our fax number before to the company fax in RingCentral? How do I do that?
