I think this is existing case JIRA RLZ-27176. UK based. Changing the time/number rings in the the call handling and forwarding section doesn't work. I have just the mobile and desktop apps set up for the extension. I want the call to divert to voicemail more quickly than the default but I can't change it.

I want to delete all of the old voice mails(75 of them). How do I delete all of these at the same time?

We have RingCentral for our phones at work.I’m working remotely. I have a desktop that I had to add a Netgear AC1900 Wifi adapter and have a brand new Netgear Nighthawk Router AX4200 and Wifi Extender AX600. (our previous router died)I’ve had problems with horrible connections and calls dropping even before my new router and extender. Then I thought if I upgraded to a better headset which is Plantronics Blackwire 5220 SeriesIt would be better, but it’s only gotten worse. Using RC (with cell phone headset) on my mobile phone is no better, and have to resort to turning off wifi calling on my phone and just use cell service. I can’t even use my RC on my desktop because of the call issues I have.There are no other issues with the Wifi throughout the house. TVs and outside cameras even at the furthest point all connect and work. Any ideas?

Is there any way to have an alternate message for your voice mail w/o deleting the main message? Out of office, etc

We need to purchase phones that are wifi only (not wired) but it seems there is no easy way to find these without clicking through each phone to see its capabilities. Is there a data sheet for all phones or easy way to find options avaliable through RingCentral?

Hello. I have an 877 number as my main company number. In the Admin Portal under "Phone System --> Numbers in Use" for every other company number I get a drop-down box where I can choose "Voice Only", "Fax Only", or "Voice and Fax". For my 877 number, "Voice and Fax" is selected for me with no dropdown box options.How do I change this 877 number to Voice Only?I have another fax number I want faxes directed to.Thanks,Michael

We are having an intermittent issue when transferring calls to cell numbers. We use the Ask first options and I connect to the person to receive the transfer to announce the call, but after clicking complete transfer the call is lost.

inbound call into our main number. user presses option 1 for sales. If no-one answers, can it automatically roll to next extension?

We have multiple call queues created (Simultaneous) for call center on RingCentral portal, which is still under the project phase and not yet in production.We did a test to simulate the problem we have.Tried calling few call center numbers, and informed call center agents not to pick up. The ringing time is only last for 10 sec then straight to the voicemail.How do we set the ringing time to last for > 1 mins? please can you advise?

I have a Yealink T46S. It has 2 softkeys that I do not use - Intercom and Page. Yealink says these keys can be reprogrammed to display "history". Yealink said RC needs to do this and send me detailed instructions as well as the needed history file. RC says they cannot reprogram the keys. I contacted Yealink again & they reiterated that RC must make the change. I have the directions and can probably do it myself but need an id and password after I enter the phone IP address.Has anyone changed their softkeys? What id and password do I need? I tried mine for RC but it did not work. I'm thinking it has to be an RC id & password for an IT type person.

Some of our call queues have been overwhelmed by spam calls lately, so I am trying to configure a Custom Answering Rule. We use Invoca as a "Ring Pool", meaning our website displays a special phone number, which when called redirects the caller to our RingCentral toll free number and call queue. I've already set Invoca to forward the calls with a specific caller ID, so that I can create a Custom Answering Rule for those calls. Can I create a second rule that sends all other calls to voicemail? I need all other calls to bypass the employee's phones without ringing the queue. I can't find a way to set an ELSE statement or set the order of the rules.

in a Call Queues i create 2 groups but when it ring on group 1, rings only on group 2 not on the group 1 how to change this to ring both groups

Hi!My team is working on call forwarding to transfer calls to our off-shore support but for some reasons the line is muffled and they are having trouble hearing the call. Connection, settings, and app is ok and up to date.

I keep searching for call recordings that are over two months old and finding that they aren't showing up. Do I have to manually pull all of these monthly or what's the deal? I purchased unlimited data storage for the call recordings through RingCentral but it doesn't appear to be working.

Under HUD you should see conference. It is not listed. Under actions at the top of the app start a conference call is not an option.

Hi,I have a US-based business. I'm onboarding a new Virtual Assistant who will be based in Mexico. He's using the phone & laptop based app. I want him to be able to call, text, and possibly fax people from my US-based telephone number. Can I add him as a US licensee or must I add him as a Mexico licensee? Thanks.Russell

Hi everyone,Is there a way to have a custom answering rule route to an IVR menu? I tried user extension, but I can't select an IVR extension. For example, for all holidays I would like to have a custom answering rule that routes to simple IVR menu that allows for a greeting to the nature of "Hello. We're closed for the holiday, but if this is an emergency press 9 now and you'll be routed to our emergency response team." If there isn't an official way to do this is there some sort of workaround I could implement?

We just realized that no faxes are being sent for the past three days. We are receiving faxes just fine and the notifcations for calls and texts are still coming through our main line. When I pulled the report of all outgoing faxes for the week, it shows the last fax sent was on Tuesday. We've sent dozens of faxes since then for which no confirmation was received nor do they appear on the log as outgoing. Can anyone help?

we have 5 numbers in ring central and we want to be able. to assign them a different VR so we can get call from each. I have been trying how to call support but been unable to. I created a case and did chat was not given the solution we need

With the introduction of the new all in one RingCentral app, admins can no longer delete Glip-only users on our account that are not tied to a RC phone extension.This is a huge security problem. When a user leaves the company, there's no way to prevent them from continuing to use RingCentral via their Glip-Only login. Even if I delete their email from our organization, it's still a functional login for RingCentral. Short of granting myself permissions to the terminated user's email and then sending a self-reset, I have no way to manage/disable these users.This option still exists in the Classic app. We've been advised that Classic will be retired soon (May?) so there is some real urgency here...

If an agent is locked out of their computer and their Ring Central status is set to "Do not disturb." Is there a mechanism to set their Ring Central status back to available so they can receive phone calls on their physical phone? For example: 3CX allows DTMF codes to set status as away or online.

We have the Ring Central Cisco phone, is there no way to hit call on the PC Ring Central app and have the Cisco phone initiate the call instead of calling directly from the PC app?

Is it possible to change the music people hear while they are on Call Park?
