How do I view the entire fax I sent and not just the cover sheet? The only thing that is viewable is the cover sheet in TIF format. Is this nomal. I would like to see all the pages sent.

When I try to resize my RingCentral Meetings desktop app window, the program freezes for several seconds before working again, the video quickly fast-forwarding to the present moment. It seems like a bug and although not crashing the program, still quite annoying. Is anyone else having this problem? Using the latest version of Windows 10.

When you create a text message to someone in your ogranization in the RingCentral mobile app the default behavior is to send to the users extension, e.g Joe Smith at extension 123, not Joe Smith at 804-555-1212. However, the RingCentral desktop app does not display text messages sent to the extension. Please let me repeat that in slightly different wording. The RingCentral desktop app does not display texts that are sent inside an organization from the mobile version of the RingCentral app. I opened a support case and Ringcentral is treating it like I am requesting a feature be added to the RingCentral desktop app. They do not seem to see this silent data loss bug as a bug at all. Please have your colleagues that are only using the RingCentral desktop app check their text messages through either RingCentral Phone app for desktop, or one of the RingCentral mobile apps. We are in the project deployment stage of moving to RingCentral from Cisco CUCM. On Cisco, we use a 3rd party app to provide notifications based on the location defined for the the phone. So if a person in Dallas dials 911, it will send to a group of people including the GM in Dallas. Every location has its own notification group so that the GM at one site doesn't see the 911 calls for another. As near as I can tell, this is an enterprise setting on RingCentral and is not capable of having different email destinations based on the site.Considering the difficulties of 911 in the mobile, cloud based world, along with how litigious this country is, I would think that combining Nomadic 911, so if a phone is connecting in through an IP for a location, that would place that user in that site and allow for notifications based on where the call is coming from for those alerts would be a tremendous improvement.Add in to the RingCentral app a way for a user to have a list of common locations

I am trying to install an RC softphone app on my home Mac (ver. 20.2.2.39769). During the installation process, I get an error message that I have reached the maximum number of allowable installs. We have 5 paid user extensions and 4 have softphone installations on each desktop computer in addition to individual YealinkT48S desk sets. I would like to install RC softphone app on my home computer as well as on my iPhone. What is the maximum allowable softphone install on an account with 5 paid users?

Call was dropped and an Network Unstable appeared on the mobile app.

We have desktop phones as well as cell phones listed on our Ring Central User Settings. The desk phones are always set to ring, and we have one cell phone selected at a time (This is all in 'Settings - Call forwarding and handling'. Randomly during the day, RingCentral will automatically group and turn on the rest of the cell phone users so everyone gets phone calls. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

HiWe are having a problem with the call logs and now the ring central engineer on our case is trying to get us to agree that what we want isn’t currently a feature, but that it is incorrect. It was working, and then it started misbehaving, and now after the engineer has been troubleshooting and changing settings, it doesn’t work at all. In the notifications area, you can set the service up so it notifies you via SMS if you have a message. It asks you to put your phone number in and list the carrier. Tmobile is not listed, though they are a major carrier, how can we get this to work?

I have some android users that are using the newest version of the app, and a current version of android. While on a Ring Central call they are unable to hand up by hitting the tactile feedback button on their bluetooth headset. On the other hand if they are on a normal non-ring central call on their phone, the bluetooth can hang up. I would assume this is because on android the app is not integrated, but given you can control music playback via third party apps, I would think Ring central should be able to utilize that same technology to allow a user to hang up a call..

With the new Desktop App, is there a way for it to auto launch? We updated the app from Classic, but the new Jupiter version does not auto launch. Thx.

Park Location groups - Why can't the park location groups have the caller id like a regular parked call. Using the park location group is faster than waiting for the park number to be assigned (*812). When you pick up a park location group the id says the park number.

On all my extension numbers for mobile and desktop, most calls show up all of a suddon with my own name on every single call and unable to obtain the telephone number history.Another way to put it that all telephone call history with numbers now has changed to show your own name and ext number. This has taken effect on all devices at the same time.Has anyone else experienced this problem. I have submitted case number 11343155 to ring central with screen shots to show the examples to them.Thank you.

We are using Ring Central supplied Soundstation IP 6000 conference phones which have been flagged by our security system as having SSL vulnerabilities, I've checked the Polycom site which has an update to resolve this but I assume I can't use that because our phones are supplied by Ring Central.I found this KB page:https://support.ringcentral.co.uk/s/article/Polycom-UC-Software-Vulnerability?language=en_GB That seems to suggest there's nothing I can do. I had a look to see if there's an option to simply disable the web interface but I can't see it, are there any other options?Thanks

Are the cisco ip phone softkeys configurable per user without using their IP Phone System while using ringcentral? Like on the phone itself, configurable per user manually?I don't have access to a cisco phone but I have a customer asking to configure the 2 softkeys on their 7841 for call escalation. Everything I read discusses using Communication Manager with these phones, naturally.

Starting in the latest version of Chrome Extension (v4.3.0) our users with physical Cisco/Polycom desk phones cannot Click to Dial to their physical phone.When "Options > Calling > Make calls with" > "RingOut" is selected, hovering on phone numbers only shows the SMS option. Also in settings the "Click to Dial/SMS" option only shows "Click to SMS". v4.3.0 users can still use the "Make calls with"> "Browser" option but the workflow and quality is not the same.Users on older versions of the Chrome Extension (mostly v4.2.14) can still hover, click to dial and have the call ring out to their physical hard phone.- Was this option disabled in the RingCentral Chrome Extension v4.3?- How can we enable it to allow our users to use their physical phones?

I've been experiencing sms issues it has been solved many time but the same problem it is keep coming up back and I'm unable to send text messages as ringcentral have blocked some keywords if I type those keywords even by mistake my number get blocked and I'm unable to send text messages.

Hello,I am currently test driving RingCentral to decide if it is a right fit for my company. We currently use an on premise system where each user has a desk phone in their office and a desk phone in their home office. I am also testing other IP systems that allow a user to have multiple desk phones or soft phones on the same extension. Is it possible to do this with RingCentral?Thanks

I'm trying to set dynamic call queue members for one of our queues. For example, I have two members in the queue during normal business hours. However, the manager of this queue wants his extension to be added as the third member, but only on two days per week. Right now, I've been manually adding him as a member at the beginning of these two days and removing him at the end of these two days. However, I'd like to set it and forget it. Using custom rules, there doesn't seem to be a way to edit the primary members of the call queue in the call handling rules.Has anyone else figured this out, or is it not supported?
