cannot get calls in to main line

We are a small business, but our phones are constantly ringing. Is there a way that we can limit how many calls come in at a time and send other callers straight to voicemail???

If I have RingCentral downloaded to a laptop and bring my laptop to Turkey will there be any firewall restrictions as I'm connecting from another country

Have a user using RC app on macbook with macOS 10.15.4 (x86_64) . He can send and receive text messages but if he tries to make call using it the call gets stuck on connecting ...... message and never goes through .However works fine when he use same credentials from his iPad . If someone tries to call him the ipad works fine but macbook does not receive any calls and after a few minutes it goes to missed call section . He is not

I am logged into my iPad using my business account and business email is shown in settings. I have linked my buiness/outlook calendar. However, when I schedule a meeting it defaults to my personal email address. Any suggestions?

In ringcentral admin we create multiple users & all have same numbers.So when dial any number than ringing to all users but when any user on call than i want to stop new call for that user.So how can i configure that in admin panel or any handling event for that?

The description for Call Queues - Rotating - Is to ring available members one at a time based on who has been idle the longest. Is this idle time based on call queue calls or all calls period?

We haven't been on RingCentral for that long and am still working my way through a lot of features. It has been decided to record all inbound calls for all extensions in our service department. All of these same extensions also belong to the same Ring Group. Since recording is enabled at the extension level is it necessary at the Ring Group level?Any help/guidance would be appreciated.Thank you,

My main office phone is not being used as an extension and could make the VA programmed to this line but worried it might undo the company phone tree and she would show as the main line which might not be the best.

I have a VA who is in the Philippines and I will want her to make phone calls to people in the US where I am located, do you know if this is considered long distance? Will my VA be able to make calls okay or will I be charged more for this?

Is there a way to setup phones to call/receive on extensions only? (not call out or receive outside calls) We have some phones in a general area that staff can use to call for assistance from support staff in the building, but Managers don't want them to call outside of the building (other than 911).

Client wants to make it easy to send a page. Either add the page to the Company Directory or Forward an extension to a page extension. Although there is an option to add the Page extension to the Employee Directory, this function does not actually exist. You cannot add a Page extension to the directory (confirmed with RingCentral support).So the second thought is: Can we forward a virtual extension to the page extension? So far I am not seeing a way to do this.Thanks in advance.Zak

We've just started getting some issues with calls.No ring or alert to a call coming in. You have to be in the app to see the pop up otherwise you won't know there's a call coming in.The red 'Rec' icon has disappeared off the dialer (where you start and stop recording).Each user's status is not updating. Everyone just shows as 'Available' even if they are on a call with someone else.Anyone else experiencing these or similar issues?

On approximately 1/2 the calls received in my mobile phone when I am off wifi will go to dead air after answering a call and the first ~3 words from the caller. The phone signal bar start to blink stating cell connection issue. Callers say they can still hear me sometimes but I cannot hear them. After having this issue since I started with ring central I just tried to not take calls when I am away from my desk cause I thought it was my old Samsung mobile phone issue. I just got the new 5g pixel 6 pro and it still does it, even when in 5g. I have talked to other business owners who have att and iphones and they don't have this issues.
