I would like to know my business partner's status without knowing the specific phone number he is talking to. Is there a way to set this in presence so I see he is on the phone but without seeing the specific phone number? I know the Presence feature was designed for master/surf situations but is there a way to limit what information is transmitted?

Saadet, It seems you answered Jon's question pretty well. Can you do the same for me?I want to unblock a number for our entire system using the desktop web page. I am signed in to the web page as Admin and usually keep the call log open. I call easily block a number from the system using the call log, but how to I get a list of system blocked numbers to unblock one? Why is the button for that not on the same page as the one I used to block the number in the first place, i.e. the call log page? When I log in, I am told that "Your password is not compliant with our new security policy."  When I change it to a password that DOES meet the listed requirements, I am met with the subject error.

I am trying the RingCentral Desktop app but I can't find one feature I use all the time on my phone - DND (Do Not Disturb), which automatically sends all calls to VM. Is this feature available in the Desktop app (Windows 10)? If so, how do I turn it on and off?Thanks!
