The phones are working from what I have tested but only a few agents are able to login and actually take calls. Everyone else continues to receive errors and our calls are backed up. Is there any update to this?? The status page is not helpful.

Phones/Chat down ... It says our line has been disconnected. Our chat isn't working either. Anyone?

Hey CommunityI have recently migrated from Mitel Cloud to RC.I have an issue with provisioning the Polycom IP 6000 SoundStation. It's been rebooting every 30 seconds trying to connect to server. RC Support has not been helpful in the matter, and directed me in reaching out to Polycom regarding an XML file being incorrect? I have factory wiped the phone several times and did a firmware upgrade just to make sure those were out the way.Seems to be that this phone is not compatible for RC. Looking to see if anyone else ran into this problem.

Not sure what's going on, but I'm showing offline on both my PC and my phone. Have rebooted both several times. On my phone, I've tried with wifi turned both off and on. Internet is working fine. When I try to turn on 'available', I get a message "something went wrong on our end, we weren't able to update your presence. try again later." I can call out and receive a direct call in. The issue is no messaging and I can't take queue calls.

When I try to log into my RingCentral App, I get a "504 Gateway Time Out" error. Is the RingCentral App down? I tried clearing my cookies and cache, but it doesn't help. Please advise.I also want to mention that I log into the RingCentral App everyday and have never had issues and this is happening for the first time when logging in on my laptop and on my Android phone.

Tech support suggested that the constant dropping of calls on app that can't be explained otherwise is from out of date or unsupported cell phones. Can someone provide a list of what Models/version of phones ARE supported.

Our company has field staff having numerous call dropping. Tech support says it is "old" phones. Please list what phones are not support? Tech support can not. Anyone offer their expereince?

Question about the /restapi/v1.0/glip/teams/$RoomID/add api as I am currently attempting to get a script together that will add members to a newly created team as well as add them as admins. Currently having issues with getting the members added as an admin through the script.

Using the free version of RingCentral for webinars, I always need to enter my e-mail address and name before entering a webinar. This prompt comes up even when signed in to RingCentral on my desktop (although it seems I always need to sign in regardless of choosing the "stay signed in" option at login). Is there a way to save our information to RingCentral desktop to eliminate these extra steps?

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to place calls automatically to our customers and use a robot voice pre-recorded message to warn them about various issues with their systems using the RingCentral API? If so, I would appreciate it if you could guide me on how.Thanks.

Hello! My business uses Ring Central to take inbound calls from over 100 small businesses nation wide. When we need to outbound call the clients back, I have the daunting task of scrolling through a list of over 100 possible 'call from' numbers in the drop down to represent the number the client called initially. I notice the list of 'call from' numbers is sorted numerically, which is not very helpful. I'd like them to be sorted alphabetically by the name I've given them. How can I do that? This problem has slowly worsened as we took on more accounts and now seems like it could limit our growth, so it's very important to me, even if it seems like a small thing. Thank You for your serious attention to this matter.

Hey,When making a call through RC (in SF), an incoming call can still come through,can we send any incoming calls to vm if the agent is on a current call?

In our Multi Site instance.... all phone numbers are assigned to Site = Company.I don't see any options to change the Site assignment for a phone number.

Two members of our team have lost the ability to send texts. We have a paid plan with ringcentral and the settings are as they should be in order to allow them to text. This is very obviously a ring central reoccurring issue. We have also tried calling ring central support line but the operator is AI and the issue has not been resolved. From what I see in other questions from other people they never received any resolution either. Is there a reason you are not resolving this ?

Hi there,I have exactly followed the guide and provisioned my existing Polycom IP335 desk phone (I bought this phone from Ringcentral a long time ago and deactivated for a while). I think I did everything correctly. However, after rebooting the desk phone, it says "network link is down". My admin portal still shows the phone is off line. Why? Does anyone experience this before?Pls help. Thanks

I am trying to pull the phone number of an Inbound active phone number routed through a call Queue for an user. I am currently using Get User Active Call to try and pull that number. It seems to work for direct calls to and from User to Client and in call Queues if the inbound phone call is ignored by users. the issue is that if a user is busy and the systems moves to the next person or if a user declines a call, the User Active Call record changes to an outbound phone call and does not have the needed phone number anymore. How can I get the external phone number that I need when the record changed from Inbound to Outbound. We are unable to send SMS in our ring app, shows message not sent

I am trying to understand the true number of calls coming inbound and being answered in our call queues.I use the Performance Report, and Queues tab, select the queue I want to look at, the date and KPIs, and get a total inbound and abandonment rate. For example, 695 is the number in the inbound KPI on the dashboard.I then look below at the detail to get to the "user" level. This brings up the users within the queue and the inbound number now says 271. I confirmed these users are those assigned in the queue by double-checking the admin portal and setup. Where did the other inbound calls go?I then narrow the report to the "calls" level with my queue selected in the filters. I now have 263 as my inbound number.I then look at the Quality Report and select the location to see if there is a number that makes sense for inbound volume, and searching by just the location, I now see 315 calls are counted as "inbound".I have searched through the guides, the hel

Whenever a new bot add-in is created on RingCentral platform, it shows an email-id like (xxxxxx@xxxx.bot.glip.net) in the bot profile on the platform, what happens when an email is sent to this email-id? Is there any way to retrieve emails sent to this bot email-id?
