During an implementation a senior trainer pointed me to a 3rd party website for text to speech. I was not the wideo.co that is often used. I believe it had a 6 character domain name beginning with an I - does anyone know what site that is. I need to update a script and don't have the site link.

Can you set up different Ring Tones for when they are receiving a call directly vs being sent from the front desk main line?

Hello - I paid in full and signed up with Ring Central on 12 - 24 - 22, this would be our 4th or 5th round in trying to migrate to RingCentral! While I had high hopes since we had an onboarding call the 12 - 26 - 22 to learn we could text message, we have filled out the form for Cloud Talk, RedOxygen and Open phonen all approved in minutes. We were told the form would be approved in 24 - 72 hours, were now 1 1/2 waiting for texting - we can not use the platform otherwise. Who has actually been approve??

I have clients who follow the “invite” link that I email them, but once set up, they cannot gain access again - the following message occurs, “Access to this account is disabled. Please call support”

I have set up an app that calls a web hook on an incoming call and managed to do soon initial testing fine by calling the main number. I have moved the app to the clients account and have it in the sandbox, but when I call the main number (sandbox) I get a voice response "The number you have dialled is temporality unavailable" and that is all I get. The configuration looks to be the same as my developer account, and I am at a bit of a loss at working out what is happening. Any help would be appreciated .

Hello,I am wondering to see if there is a KPI or some analytics to see what the line capacity is being used during peak hours for a call center. I would like to see if all the agents are available to answer calls and the load capacity. Also, it would help to see if agents are not answering the calls during this peak period. How would you get this data? Thanks!

I am not a developer, and it appears the only way to get audit history for text messaging is to use the API. Anyone have advice for how a rookie may accomplish this? We are in a highly regulated industry and sometimes need to pull audit logs for litigation.

I understand that the Linux desktop app is "not official" and therefore doesn't get the same level of support. I ran the binary installer on Kubuntu 22.04. It works amazingly well. Only one catch, I have a very strange bug. About half the time, once a call has ended, I'll hear the RingCentral call ringing sound. This can also happen after I transfer a call from the desktop app to the mobile app.It's not exactly a deal-breaker, but still would be nice to see if the developers can have a look and see if they can fix that bug.

Hello,we have one PC station with this problem. Outlook deactivated the RingCentral AddIn. Backstage -> Options -> AddIns -> Checkbox RingCentral and it will appears again. Every morning. :(

Hello , I'm using ringcentral-web-phone/index.js at master · ringcentral/ringcentral-web-phone (github.com) this code that is working fine with sandbox credentials. It means that when I try to call outside to any US number, the call gets connected, but when using production credentials to try to call any US number, I'm not able to make the call, even though the number that I'm using has the digital line to it.It's worth noting that when I use the production credentials to call the number in the user's extension (service account -> users -> Users with Extensions), the call is connected to that number.@Tyler Liu @Phong Vu

Hello. I have a question in regards to the way Ring Central records calls whether soft phone, app on PC and mobile app.I was needing to listen to a call that was just over 18 minutes in length. It was an incoming call to an employee that is working remotely and using either the mobile app or the app on their computer. Not a soft phone. The nature of our work involves us having to do a conference call with 2 additional people (external). I was only able to listen to the first 2 minutes. Up until the point the employee switched lines to add an additional person to the call.Is automatic call recording supposed to record the entire length of the call including any hold times, conferences, transfers etc?

From both my desktop and phone RingCentral apps, I am unable to text three in-organization RingCentral numbers (which happen to be my staff's numbers). I can message those numbers, but I just can't text them. I can, however, text other RingCentral numbers in our organization. Can anyone help?

If we dial main company number we get hook for outgoing and incoming both.

I originally had a webhook setup in Azure for receiving RingCentral event subscriptions, but this no longer works due to some issue with Azure HTTP functions being unable to handle chunked encoding in requests.To replace the webhook, I have tried using the RingCentral SDK for Python to setup a PubNub subscription that listens for the same events. I have got it setup so that it successfully sets up the subscription and delivers the events to where I'm storing them. However, after a day or two of running the events stop feeding through or the script encounters a "subscription is not alive" exception and stops working.Should I be able to just set the subscription running in a Python script and leave it for years uninterrupted or does there need to be some code added in to handle refreshing subscriptions/auth tokens etc. to make sure that it can receive all event subscriptions uninterrupted? Trying to build a dashboard with RingCentral analytics data that uses vlookup or powerBI to see if my employees are returning calls from customers that left a voicemail on their direct dial. Has anyone ever tried to tackle this gap in RC analytics reports before? Really wish RC could provided a template for this.

How can a customer send themselves to voicemail if they do not want to stay on hold in a queue. ie Customer does not want to keep waiting so rather than hangup they can press keypad combination and be sent to VM. The interrupt promt could explain this BUT what is the keypad combo that allows a customer call coming into send them to VM after waiting a period?

I am unable to find any fax feature on the ringcentral desktop app. Web app includes no phone functions either, but I guess that's normal? The admin portal and help pages make mention to access the fax feature through the drop down menus, or "+" button, but I do not have one. I thought MVP came with that feature.
