A user received an incoming call and after conversing, placed the call on hold for a little over 1 minute.When trying to return to the call the un-hold button no longer responds

Good afternoon, I need help with some methods I need and I can't find, there are 2 methods.1) The first method would be for when you create a call (webPhone.userAgent.invite) and you are waiting for the sender to answer, let's say you want to cancel the invitation, I can't find this method anywhere.2) The other would be to cancel the call when it is active, that is to say that you are already talking to the sender and vice versa, I want to hang up but I can't find the corresponding method.I looked for the information in many places and even in the documentation at: https://github.com/ringcentral/ringcentral-web-phone

Our entire office is experiencing problems since yesterday. Our phone lines show active and available, and we are able to place and receive calls however the person on the other end of the line cannot hear us. At first this was an issue with only our base phones and the computer app and phone app continued functioning properly. Today not only do our base phones not work but our computer and phone apps are not working for a vast majority of employees. Anyone have any issues like this? Our IT department has determined it is not a problem with our servers or internal hardware.

While poking around in analytics noticed that some users that have usage frequency marked as 'non user' have made a number of calls. How is non-user defined? Is it that they are only making internal calls, or some other criteria entirely?Thanks.

I'd like to change the max voicemail message allowed to 40. If a caller want to leave a voicemail message and the mailbox is full (at 40 limit), I want them to get a message that the mailbox is full.

I want to provide feedback as we feel like it took a step backwards and the current dialer has better functionality. With the New phone experience, you can no longer select the dialer from any page you are on and it takes up half of the window for no reason.

When we transfer a caller internally or attempt to call another extension, our lines repeat the initial greeting ("Hello! Thank you for calling....etc.)We have some customers that have to talk to multiple departments. Having to hear our greeting over and over gets old real quick.Is there a way to turn this off? I have a user that has RingCentral app installed on her android. When she makes calls and text, it's using the RingCentral app even thought she doesn't want it to. Has anyone ever seen this before?

I'm paying lots of money for a text option right now that I can't use, and have no alternative from RingCentral

We have three extensions - me (owner) and two PT employees. The phone always rings to my phone and my desktop, even when they press an extension for the two employees. Am I doing something wrong in the setup? Is there a way for me to tell what extension the caller dialed instead of picking up every call that comes through so I can choose not to answer?In the same light, is it possible to turn off the ringing for me on my mobile and desktop as a super admin unless my extension is dialed?

The phones are working from what I have tested but only a few agents are able to login and actually take calls. Everyone else continues to receive errors and our calls are backed up. Is there any update to this?? The status page is not helpful.

In sandbox, I am attempting to park a call to a public park location via the park API, then pick it up again via the pickup API. Parking the call works great and returns the extension to which the call was parked, a new party ID, etc. I am unable to pick the call back up, however. Hey CommunityI have recently migrated from Mitel Cloud to RC.I have an issue with provisioning the Polycom IP 6000 SoundStation. It's been rebooting every 30 seconds trying to connect to server. RC Support has not been helpful in the matter, and directed me in reaching out to Polycom regarding an XML file being incorrect? I have factory wiped the phone several times and did a firmware upgrade just to make sure those were out the way.Seems to be that this phone is not compatible for RC. Looking to see if anyone else ran into this problem.

Not sure what's going on, but I'm showing offline on both my PC and my phone. Have rebooted both several times. On my phone, I've tried with wifi turned both off and on. Internet is working fine. When I try to turn on 'available', I get a message "something went wrong on our end, we weren't able to update your presence. try again later." I can call out and receive a direct call in. The issue is no messaging and I can't take queue calls.

When I try to log into my RingCentral App, I get a "504 Gateway Time Out" error. Is the RingCentral App down? I tried clearing my cookies and cache, but it doesn't help. Please advise.I also want to mention that I log into the RingCentral App everyday and have never had issues and this is happening for the first time when logging in on my laptop and on my Android phone.

Tech support suggested that the constant dropping of calls on app that can't be explained otherwise is from out of date or unsupported cell phones. Can someone provide a list of what Models/version of phones ARE supported.
