Has anyone had issues with screen sharing freezing recently? Specifically, myself and some of my coworkers have experienced times where our customers are sharing their screen fine and then suddenly it just freezes. Occasionally we can stop the sharing and start again and it works but most often, it just goes to a black 'waiting' screen.

Now that Remote Control access is back, it seems to still be inconsistent. I am assuming it has to do with how the client connects but not sure exactly how to resolve. Sometimes the Request Remote Control option will be available but other times it will not and it's even with the same client on different occasions. One day it's there another time it's not. Can anyone provide insight as to what the customer needs to do when connecting so that the Remote Control option is available?

Is it possible to show when an agent is in the call wrap up period on the live reports in addition to available, on call, unavailable?

I have a user that has recently married and has changed her name. Once her name was changed in Active Directory, she has no longer been able to authenticate her Ring Central account. How do I change her name and email address without deleting her account and starting over? I've read through some of the topics on the support web page but haven't found anything yet.

I recently started upgrading my users to the new Office@hand 22.1.21.370 (Blue Icon) We just noticed that when a user is on a conference call, it doesn't allow you to hover and choose which line to hang up. In the previous version, you could hover over "Conference call" choose any participant, hang up with them and keep the other conversation going. Hi, we are looking for a solution to replace the call-out (via escalation list) feature from Avaya Voicemail Pro. Is anyone aware of a plug-in app or development for RC which provides this functionality?Example:1. Voicemail received2. For retail sales/nutrition questions, press 1. For wholesale accounts, press 2." I also had a greeting made for customers to hear if there's no answer after pressing 1 and another for pressing 2.I have the IVR menu set up where it directs callers to the correct extension, but if nobody answers, it keeps repeating and does not leave an option to leave a voicemail. I am migrating my aging ShoreTel system to RC and going through the onboarding process. After configuring my network switches and firewall according to the Network Requirement for Ring Central MVP, I've tried booting up my first three phones, all of which give a "No Service" warning on the display. Does anyone know if RC has an auto-dialer for missed calls? Has anyone used their engage voice software? Any feedback, Pros, and Cons? We frequently have days were we notice that our SMS can be 1-4 hours delayed (to the recipient). On our end it says sent at the correct time, and there is NO "Message Not sent" notification. Even when we are texting other members of our team. It's of course tricky to know, logging out and logging in doesn't help, neither does a computer restart. Any thoughts?Also, we know if a sms text was "not sent'. if would be nice to get notified or for it to stand out more. If I look at my general "text" tab, the text colour is black, meaning it looks like it sent, but it's not until I click on that thread that I see the text is red with the "message not sent"

What is the benefit of purchasing Live Reports licenses? We have multiple licenses that I was told we needed to have, they are not assigned to anyone but users are still able to access the reporting area along with the Live Report dashboard.
