Is there a way to broadcast a voicemail to all of our users? This was a feature on the Av@ya system. We used it for mass notification of weather related office closures, etc. Users could listen to the voicemail or just read the transcribed version in their email.I know a third-party app can do this. I want to know if we can do this without an add-on.Thanks!

Are Mobile users charged for creating RingCentral meetings? How long are Mobile user meetings? Are they limited to 40 minutes for the meetings they create?

The "Access Request" screen is a screen where user confirm/"Authorize" that an application can access certain user information. Currently, this screen appears after any time where user provides credentials or even when user continue as already logged-in user. We would like to present this screen only one time. Is there an option to present the "Access Request" screen until user "Authorize" the screen and then no longer present the "Access Request" screen?

Logged into my RingCentral account to view a fax. When I click on the icon to open the fax, it does not open as a .PDF. I get an error message because it is trying to open as as a .TIF. I have spoken with chat multiple times!!! CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. Ring Central originally told me that to fix it that I needed to tell the customer to call send the fax again and this time to select .PDF as the file format that he was sending in. However, I told the rep that you don't actually select a file format when sending a fax. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME FAST AS I NEED ACCESS TO THESE FAXES THAT CAME IN AND MY CUSTOMER CANNOT RESEND.

Thank you in advance for your help to resolve my issue.I do have 2 licenses with Ring Central one for a regular phone and one for a fax number. My problem is that this was set up maybe 10 years ago and the web site has changed and I now need to change the email address where my received faxes on my ring central fax number get automatically forwarded to . I have gone through every settings I could find on the web site on the app, etc. and I just cannot find where that information is stored and where I could edit the email address.

Hi, recently I submitted a ticket regarding this issue and I don't know if anyone had the same problem? One of our users tried to call a customer in Ghana and after whitelisting and having it previously active in the billing section, we still get a message saying "The destination you dialed is disabled for your account. Please reach out to your admin or customer support." I was wondering if there was a documentation on the RingCentral Support page for references? I checked the RingCentral Engage Voice Admin documentation, it might be a outbound compliance tools?

We rarely use the RingCentral admin web interface because we have most tasks scripted in a program we wrote in C#. Today we received the below error when our program tried to update an extension/user, the error happens when our program attempts to update the users call handling rules. The issue is that we previously had softPhonesRingCount to "0", that way both the desk phone and softphone would ring at the same time. After receiving that error we noticed that option on the RingCentral admin web interface has changed from "0" to "Always Ring", so what should we be sending through in our API call to have "Always Ring" set? Have a user with ring central on windows 10 >latest version downloaded from website .Every few days when she launches the app it gets stuck on whilte screeen. Sometimes we launch it from browser and works and otherwise we reinstall it . cleared app cache from dev tools but did not help .Is there any work around or reason for this ? she does not have any dock or monitors connected but still issue persist every few days

We had AT&T handheld with Ring Central for 6 months and never received a mailed invoice, text message, email, or got a single phone call...THEN they shut off our account with NO notice. I assumed the bill was attached to our current AT&T phone account and didn't think anything of not receiving a bill. Getting back into the account simply to get our account number was even out of the question. Jumping through hoops (& over $1000 later) we finally got our account reactivated and we are again NOT receiving invoices!!! How do I verify my account billing address, email, etc. How do I view my invoice? Has anyone else had this problem as it has cased us to reconsider going with Spectrum instead or AT&T for this service.

There needs to be a toggle or option to allow Admins to set defaulting out of a menu at one playing instead of three. This is a standard call center process. There is no way to prompt callers to "stay on the line and you will be connected". This doesn't make sense.

I was able to call Ring Central Analytics API for the user performance, such as missed calls, aggregated by user by a fixed date range, for example, from 2022-03-23 to 2022-03-24. cannot get calls in to main line

SMS is not working. Can you explain why I have to send my credit card Information in to get this feature that we pay for back?

I have made calls attempting to meet requirements for graduation, however, the system is not refreshing. As of this post it shows last refresh was 2020-10-20, 16:23:15 UTC, but currently its 2020-10-20T19:07:56. Site statues updates every 15 minutes, or in some places says an hour. Either way, its been a very long time, how can I get this refresh to happen?
