I'm working from home via the mobile app. Is there a way to get all the calls forwarded to me without having the person dial my extension?

The list of previously texted numbers under Direct Messages has disappeared on the Desktop Platform. Anyone know how to get it back?

My host and participant ID does not work when I schedule a meeting and dial in. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

We are new to RC, we are trying to setup a phone number for announcements. This will be used by employees to call and find out the latest info about a company location.I need a few individuals access to this phone number so they can update the announcement as often as they need.i either need a generic account that can be shared by others (no validation emails etc) or a way to add multiple people to this phone.

my past invoice was 16.03 and now it is 19.99. I would like to know why the monthly charges increased.

I can't log in to start a case. I keep getting REGISTRATION_HANDLER_ERROR. I am having issues with the phone app and I cannot log in.

When I Request Control of Desktop using the Remote Support feature our users are being asked to enter in admin credentials. This entirely defeats the purpose of this tool for us. Is there a way to fix this?

I want to play a video during ringcentral webinar but when i do the participants cant hear the sound in the video. how can this be fixed?

Has anyone been able to reach Ring Central reps? I've had a ticket opened, called in, and have a chat ongoing and have yet to reach anyone

No Service on my Business line after transferring number

I've deleted and reinstalled the app several times with no luck. My microphone works fine with any other app. It seems like the app is not asking for permission to use the microphone. Under Settings>Privacy>Microphone there are no apps listed requesting access to the microphone.

I have an existing W60B base unit and a W56H handset. They have never been set up through RingCentral. I believe they were on the old Ooma phone system. I want to hook them into RingCentral and assign them new numbers. How do I do that?

In a recent update the icon for the Dashboard has been moved from the far-left to under the 'more' menu. Moreso the default Glip view is conversations pane. Why did something think that hiding the Dashboard is a good idea? This matter is even worse because the functionality to send email reminders of forgotten tasks has also been removed. The Dashboard is the most important part of Glip, its where I need to start every day (and many times a day). I really dont care to have conversations shown to me at all. the notifications work well enough to tell me to read something. With the Dashboard out of sight its also out of mind, and is not an effective tool for managing my day anymore. Of course I can go look for the dashboard, but thats not the point. When trying to implement new habits with a new system takes some time, hiding the dashboard doesnt help.Surely if someone else didnt like the Dashboard being the default view, the best solution is to make that an option rather than inconv

There is an option in the RC Phone desktop app, under Settings > Calls called 'Show called site names for incoming calls'.There is nothing in the user guide about this option, and not easily found anything on the community. Can someone explain what this option does please?

How many participants can join and share video in a RingCentral Rooms setup?

I have a question about the 'MEETING" feature. We're hoping to use it as a counseling tactic because t's similar to Skype. Is this feature HIPPA compliant??

I am having problems trying to connect to the Ringcentral App. I am trying to work from home and forward the calls to my cell phone.

I have a Galaxy S8 and under a Verizon plan. I have both the RC Phone and Ring Central app. I am unable to receive inbound calls to my extension on my cell phone. It either does not prompt me, or prompts me for a half of a second and the prompt disappears almost immediately to accept the call. The extension works just fine on the desk phone in my office, but it does not prompt me when I'm at home/out of the office on my cell apps.

My Caller ID comes up as "Scam Likely" on other people's phones. When I look at my settings, it has my compeny name. HELP!

This information does not help because this does not work. When you go into schedule for someone else (who you have permission to schedule for), the name is not there, or you click on the name but the wrong name gets scheduled instead of the name you clicked on. Some names don't even show up as real names. They show up as random numbers. We will have to use Zoom now instead of Ringcentral, because this problem is causing so much trouble. Note: This conversation was created from a reply on: How Do I Schedule a RingCentral Meeting on Behalf of Someone?.

When some of our Chromebook users launch a scheduled meeting via the Ring Central Glip Meetings app the record button is missing. When they go to their Admin RC account, choose Meetings, then choose Meeting Settings, they are unable to click on the Recordings tab to review their settings, it just reloads the Meeting tab.Other Chromebook users report they aren't being recognized as the host even though the meeting indicates that they are the one that scheduled the meeting. Again they are unable to record. They are also unable to use End Meeting, their only option is to Leave Meeting. All of these things happen intermittently. We're unable to pinpoint the cause. All users have the same chromebook model.

Forgive me, I am new to RingCentral. I have just bought a couple of tablets and want to use them for video calls. I would like to have a separate number/log in for each tablet (they will be at two different locations). I do not want them to be associated with any of the other lines we have. Can anyone talk me through how to set this up as I wasn't able to find anything this specific? Should i use the meeting app as opposed to the generic RingCnetral App?We are RingCentral UK.Thank you.

Had a RingCentral meeting with a client where we were successfully able to remote control the user's computer, but nothing responded to mouse clicks. We could move the mouse, but clicks would not do anything. It was a Windows 10 computer.

With the new update, my plantronics headset works fine with every other app, other than RingCentral. It acts like it's going to work, and then goes back to speaker or phone and will not accept the bluetooth or headset function now. - HELP

Most of our employees are working from home right now. A few of us still her to answer the phones. If a customer calls our direct line it rings to our to our cell phones but is there anyway to make the main line ring to a cell phone?
