Can you please provide a user guide for T42S?

Please add Windows 10 Ease Of Access High Contrast, Text Size, and Text Cursor to the RC softphone app. For the visually impaired people who use windows 10 ease of access its a very important feature to help them get through their long work day. Having the high contrasting colors, larger text size and colored cursor makes work a lot easier and more productive while also cutting down on headaches and eye strain. Can you please add this important feature to the softphone app?

I am getting an error when I try to upload xml file to update existing IVR menus. I'm pretty confident that my file structure is good. Am I hitting a limit?

How can a user be added without an extension or phone number in portal?I am not getting any reference or documentation on it.

Sorry if my question is a bit hard to understand, I'm trying to grasp it myself!I work in an office where we are trying to use both RingCentral and another "virtual dialer" I suppose you'd say? (Cinq)Is there a way to run the Cinq number through RingCentral so that we can still use the call recording feature if we dial from the Cinq number? We are considering RC for SMS delivery and are now sending about 10% of volume as a test. We are using an A2P 10DLC number for SMS.Prior providers presented lots of reporting that allowed us to see delivery detail from their databases. It would appear that you simply show a couple graphs, and no detail. While I know I can query based on Message ID and store result in a repository that I own, I do not really want to this, nor do I think I should need to (doing so is really duplicating the data, which should not be necessary). However, it comes down to a few things :1. Am I missing report details available from the platform, can I get this detail report from your system without going through the API?2. Does the API allow me to get delivery detail based on date/time range (without Message ID)?3. What is your data retention policy for this data?

What is the way to provide roles to a new user created using API? Any Ringcentral Ap there for giving a new role to new user?

Currently, every time someone logs into a hot desk phone, the phone is set to only ring 4 times or 20 seconds. Our call queues are set to ring much longer than that, but the phone doesn't continue to ring after that. Can we change the default hot desking call handling time to 15 rings/75 seconds?

We have clients and other contacts that have RingCentral accounts like we do. We would like to have the option to instant message other RingCentral users that are outside of our company. This would allow for even greater and faster collaboration between our company and client contacts who are already on RingCentral within their own organization.Microsoft Teams currently has this feature and it works well in regards to collaboration.

The classic Ring Central phone app has 2 annoying issues.1) If I transfer a call to my colleague - in the HUD it shows him as being on a call to me instead of the original caller2) The call history takes forever to update - sometimes as long as 5 minutes - sometimes I want to call the person who just called me back and I click on the Clock and select "All" and it does not show the last call that was made until another call has taken place.

I have the basic 500 fax account. We don't do a ton of faxing at my work, so we decided to ditch the land line and old faxing and go cloud based faxing. I setup my account and everything seems great so far, except the cover pages. We will not be using the desktop app it is too complicated, it is much easier to send faxes via email and we have a group email account that will receive the faxes and attachments. This is a pretty easy setup.My issues are this. ALL the default cover pages used in the email faxing are not editable, and include the Sender Name, which it pulls from the Ring Central account so thus is my name. I do not want the name showing, just the Sender Company and address, phone, etc. Every fax seems to come from me even though I have allowed others to send faxes from email. Secondly, the default cover pages are ugly, so I would like to custom make my own and include my company logo. There is no way to do this on the website options. I had to download the desktop App, w

Fax can be send with cover pages, but we want to customize the default cover page by adding images, logo, text with fonts and colors.How can we override the default page setting in fax and implement a custom cover page?
