Hello I am using the RC Phone app version 20.1.0 on my laptop for reception work across the U.S (Another receptionist and I take all calls coming in Nationally).I cannot find a way to back out of a warm transfer to either find another contact for the caller or send to VM. I CAN go back to the caller in general, but the only option I have is to complete the transfer.  Is there an option to back out of a warm transfer and start fresh with the caller?

Can I install Glipt on a windos box?

With the newest RingCentral update, we are having all 3 parties on a simple conference call, hear a notice to announce yourself to join a call. This is not a meeting that we've scheduled, it's a simple connection of 3 people. We should have the option to remove this. We were given a workaround to hit *#8 to remove the announcement. We are making hundreds of conference calls per day. This is not a good solution. We need this addressed ASAP. Not sure how you can make a global update like this and not get input from your users who actually use this feature.

Hello, can you somehow add a feature where we can have a group thread in one? Not just sending one msg to multiple contacts but also being able to have one thread for that particular list of contacts as well. Thanks!

High GPU Usage - Slow performanceWindows 10 Pro 64bitIntel Core i716gb RAMJust downloaded and installed RC Meetings for the first time, so I am assuming the most current version.My entire system slows to a crawl when I am in ringcentral meeting.  Task manager showing GPU usage at 100% during meeting. Also causing laptop to get hot.Any info would be appreciated.

Ive been using RC for about a month with only a few minor glitches. My biggest gripe is that I cant answer or hang up via my bluetooth headset when connected to my android phone. Anyone have a fix for this?

I've noticed that when not using RC (running in the background idle) it will change the status for users from a green dot to a gray dot. Is there anyway to disable the idle status timeout?

Hello All,I've read through most all posts in this board relevant to OAuth ~/restapi/oauth/authorize and ~/restapi/oauth/token Authentication methods.My use-case is germane to AppType Webserver and Other Non-UI. Generally speaking, our code (that engages the RingAPIs) may be triggered by various events. None of these have a Ring User context which is required to support grant_type=password.The primary constraint we have, any OAuth grant_type method that requires Ring User/login ID/PWD/Ext/Phone# does not work when SSO is enabled for user logins. This means we can only use grant_type=authorization_code.For us, auth_code means a SAML Assertion. It also means a Ring User/login is required, and we're back to - there is no Ring User context, only the registered Ring App context.The example shown in

Hello,I am implementing message archiving using the message-store-report API and have successfully used the calls to create and download the zipped archive files. I am now setting up an automated process to do this on a schedule but in testing this I'm getting the response below on the final call to download the zip files. Have I just run the test too many times and been cut off for a bit? While setting SSO up on accounts, we realized that the "Remember Me" Toggle is not retaining the information. Despite our attempts to keep the information, it continued to malfunction for several Admins. We would like the "Remember Me" Toggle to function properly while using SSO log in.

I'm being told by support that this is not a current capability of the system and was advised to come post here and perhaps have this added as a future feature.

When using the Willful M98 headset everything seems to work fine with the exception of the MFB. We cannot pickup calls when trying to use the MFB.

My outbound caller ID is showing "UNKNOWN CALLER" to customers. I have it set up to show my company name in the settings on website. Im using the mobile app and have caller ID set to main company number for caller ID.

Product suggestion: have the prompt library available to all assets of the admin portal phone system, not just the IVR menu!

When calling the main company number, there are cases where people only want to leave a voicemail for a person, and not ring a person's phone first. (Ex. If you want to leave a voice message, but it's not urgent.)Please provide this feature as Ring Central doesn't provide feature parity with on-premises phone systems which all have this functionality.Thanks
