Hello, The outgoing and incoming calls are not logging into salesforce accounts, it keeps breaking even though the auto-log call is enabled. Need Help asap! Thanks

We are unable to add guest member (contacts not inside the company) to any team/thread. We're able to do this before Christmas holiday but we can't seem to do this since this morning. We have tried the RingCentral Classic App, the new Unified App and the Mobile Phone App. The add member button is there but it's not doing anything or not doing further actions when being pressed.

Hi all,I have a couple of users (WFH - Different ISP's/houses/regions) having a strange issue with RingCentral.As long as the call is an outbound call, everything works fine, from both Jabar headset and directly from the laptop. However, if the call is an incoming one, both sides cannot hear each other anymore when using the headset. If using laptop mic and sound, this works fine.- Tried to uninstall RingCentral and install the latest version, issue persists.- Tried to play around with the RC settings "Audio sources" - still no success. - Tried also to download the latest Jabra application for the option in RC of "Headset support" - issue persists.I am kind of out of ides and was wondering if anyone else might have the same issue and can suggest anything please.Thanks

Attempting to use the RestAPI's to get all the company directory. We have ~50 IVR Menus set up but their details are not extracted when calling /account/~/directory/entries

Will we be having three board of directors specific meetings next week. The first meeting will start at 1:30 pm, the second at 2:30 pm and the third at 3:00 pm. Instead of giving each of the meetings their own unique meeting notice, and requiring the participants to log into 3 separate meetings, is it possible to use meeting breakout rooms instead? The first two meetings will have a uniquice mix of participants, where as the third meeting will have the full board. Some members are early to the meeting which causes a disruption when they join the meeting. The last part of my questions is if we are in a breakout room and someone joins the meeting that is already in progress, can they hear us in the breakout room and vice versa? Thanks for your help.

We have a SIP server registered with RC using a supervisor's number, which will auto answer incoming SIP calls.We then perform a supervisor monitor request on a call and our SIP server receives and answers the SIP call.We want the audio packets for the call to be sent to the IP address and port specified in the SDP of the 200 OK, which may not be the same address as the SIP server.This only seems to work if the IP address matches the address provided in the 'Contact' header of the original REGISTER.Is there a way we can have the audio delivered based purely on the SDP ?

I need to be able to see when a ringcentral user last reset their password. Is there any way to get this information?

Customer would like to have a feature where a second email notification to be sent on a delay to another email address. Would prefer this email to be sent during off hours to an alternate address.

How do play a message prior to playing the IVR menu? e.g., we are closed unexpectedly for day, and i want to play a message stating that we are closed today because of ..... then present the standard IVR menu to them. I don't want to have keep recording the IVR menu.

I am worried that it is going to be confusing for our users to get messages via SMS as well as from the "Messages" section of the latest version of the RingCentral app. Once the HUD is enabled and we can use a hotkey to dial a number highlighted in a separate program, we'd like to migrate our users to the new app, but this is going to be confusing for them to get messages in two different spots from the same individual (not to mention email being another one).How are other organizations handling this? It'd be nice to simply disable the "Messages" section, since our customers will continue to use SMS for getting in touch.

I am new to ring central and need help on how to test the ring central integration with the ring cental dialer. Do I need to use the ring central dialer? or can I call my ring central phone number from a regular phone to test the call.I have a ring central developer account and I trying to test my oauth configuration and calls to receive the webhooks. I installed the Ring central app on mac and on login I get this message:Sorry, you currently don't have permission to access this service. Contact your administrator to change permissions.Can you please let me know what I am missing here and how I can debug/test my ringcentral integration

How do I add an AccountPayable contact for electronic receipt of Ring Central monthly invoices. This receipent may not have an active extension on the system as we manage systems for disparate companies.

I am using the 'Update Extension' API to assign an unassigned device to a new user. I set the status to 'Disabled' but the Welcome Email is still sent to the user. I also tried setting the status to 'NotActivated' but the Welcome Email is sent with this status as well. It seems to me the Welcome Email should only be sent if the user is added with a status of 'Enabled'.Is there a bug here, is it working as designed, or is there something else I need to set in order to stop the Welcome Email getting sent when the status is 'Disabled'?My app is in the Production environment.Note: when performing the same task using the 'Enable All' feature in the GUI by uploading an Excel spreadsheet and selecting the 'Activate Later' radio button, the welcome email is not sent. The user gets set to 'Disabled' via this method.Thanks!

RingOut occurs errors.I used my number instead of the main company number,error says" status: {callStatus: "Error", callerStatus: "GenericError", calleeStatus: "InProgress"} "How can I call with my number?IF I used company number when callee picked up it then rang company's line.In other words when the recipient answers it then calls back into the user.

Starting on 1/8/21 all 7 of my Yealink T46S phones will intermittently all lose registration. I have a ticket open with RingCentral support, and they just keep saying it isn't on their side and just keep pointing me to the network requirements documentation (https://support.ringcentral.com/article/9233.html). We have implement all of the recommendations but we are still having the issues.Here are the details. If we happen to be on a call when the issue happens, we can hear the caller, but they can not hear us. Then after about 30 seconds, the call will drop and all the phones will go to a "No Service" "No Registration" status. During this time, we are able to browse any web pages, we can ping sip.ringcentral.com and tracert

We are trying to integrate our meeting rooms with Ring Central and Synergy Sky conferencing systems. The integrators would like to know how to configure the invitation being sent to the Exchange Meeting Room Resource so that the meeting room can start/host the meeting when there is a password on the meeting.In particular, they'd like to know the format they need to send for SIP and also the format they'd need to end to meeting room resource itself.Any assistance is appreciated. When will switch device be available in RingCentral app for PC?

Our corporate contact list has extension numbers, some are 4 digit and some 8 digit. There is no column in the CSV file for extension numbers. When I try to use the other phone numbers such as business or home with a 4 digit, the formatting is wrong. Can this be set up for a column in the CSV file?

I am migrating from AT&T Collaborate to Office@Hand. I have an analog conference phone and a fax line going to my Kyocera MFD. Both were tied to a single obi302, one on each analog port. How can I recreate the same situation under RingCentral. It is only allowing me to assign the single device to one number at a time. I don't want to have to spend $$$ for another conference phone.
