I'm having my calls forwarded to my cell. After I receive a call on my cell, how do I forward that call to the ring central phone at the office?

Is there weekend staff support? The call rotating isn't working.

I want to login into my application (ASP.NET MVC) using RingCentral. How do we configure the RingCentral in Startup.cs file, So that i can redirect to RingCentral login page if the user is not authenticated and once authentication is done, i can redirect user back to my application.

Okay, this has been going on for two years. I've tried many, many things.What's happening: we have 10 Cisco phones, the users lines occassionally go orange (not available) for a few seconds to many minutes, usually self-resolves but sometimes a reboot is required. Only happens to one phone at a time usually. Rarely a phone will reboot itself. I have changed out every part of the chain: new router RV345P, phones directly connected to the POE ports. Phones: we've gone through SPA525G2, SPA509G, and the new 850 and 860s. All have the same problem. We have not experienced a dropped call in the middle of a call, only happens when phones are idle.

Two Questions: 1. How do I obtain the hold time from the call log API? We have a client that needs to know this for reporting purposes. We pull the call log daily and store in a central db for dashboard reporting FYI. 2. What does "Rejected" under the "Result Status Fields" mean? The documentation says: "Call is declined". Is that a failure of the incoming call? Thank you!

US - I'm a new user on Ring Central. Trying to setup a simple single level IVR. All I want it to do is prompt people to press 1-4 and send to an extension. I've set up the IVR with the prompt, but now I can't switch from company hours and after hours greetings to IVR. When I select bypass greeting or setup custom rule they only allow me to select an extension instead of the IVR extension. Any suggestions?

Is there a way to recover accidentally deleted text messages? Texts were deleted in the RC Phone app on an iOS device. We can do this for deleted voicemail messages within 5 days by signing into the portal site.

Advanced Rules can be set for Holidays, Vacations, Sick-days or any other situation where you will need the calls re-routed.  This can be done for Company Wide or User Holiday Hours.  Here is a simple way to setup your Holiday Hours. Select the Specific Date Range, that way you don't have to remember to turn it off when Tuesday morning comes. :-) 

Hi,I am trying to set up my Main Day IVR so it just rings an extension. In this case a call queue. No IVR.Main Night IVR is an IVR and works fine.The only way I can figure out how to do this is to set up a Custom Rule that basically skips the Main Day IVR. I did this and calls are currently being routed directly to the correct extension/call queue during daytime hours.However, since I set up a Custom Rule to do this I now have no way to create rules for holidays. I can only do it manually right at or close to the time of the holiday.What I really want is a way to have the Day IVR just go to an extension like you can with the Night IVR. I'm not sure why this isn't an available choice. Seems like an oversight to me.If anyone has any suggestions or someplace else I should post this please let me know.Thanks,JF

how can I go about adding that feature "accept call in queue? all my coworkers stated that when they set up their ringtone it was automatically on there. But it dosn't give me the option under settings.

When one of my end users tries to copy and paste a text message in the Glip app, it leaves out certain things like dates and phone numbers. When we paste it outside of the Glip app, it pastes itself correctly. Is there anyway to fix this?

We're not consistently getting calls forwarded to agents. This began last week and has gotten worse. We called RC last week and thought the issue was resolved but it has since began again. One user in particular gets no calls forwarded to her, while other users always get calls forwarded.

HiTeam,We have implemented an auth flow process to send messages from HubSpot. In this process, we will be using /restapi/oauth/token with refresh token.Authflow for workflows is working fine when we developed and tested for few contacts. When we are doing the same for more contacts like 600 to 1500 parallel contacts at once. We are getting a Token Revoked error.Is there any possibility on how to handle parallel connections and can you please help me this as it's important for our team.The problem I have faced is few of the api calls are getting success and the rest are errored {'error': 'invalid_grant', 'errors': [{'errorCode': 'OAU-211', 'message': 'Token revoked'}], 'error_description': 'Token revoked'} error.There is no description about this error and I couldn't find any solution from
