Hello All,I'm attempting to setup SSO in our Sandbox. We have SSO working just fine in our Prod environment, which is SAMLv2.0 with AzureAD as the IDP.Problem I'm having is during the Metadata file import (File Upload method). The error returned is "Fail to import metadata. Make sure you use valid metadata from your identity provider and try again. "The metada file is valid, but our Sandbox SSO Config upload seems to have a problem with it.How should I proceed? Can a support ticket be submitted for a Sandbox?Screen snip is below.

One of our admin could text and now all of a sudden the option is gone and she gets the error " A valid Phone Number is required to send text message to recipients outside of your company, Please contact your Administrator to add a direct number to your account." Does anyone have any idea what happen? All our other offices can text and all the settings are the same.

I want to automatic call recording in my production environment.On sandbox environment has no EditAccount Permission, So I can't set up automatic call recording.Is there any way to use the automatic call recording?

I'd like to request that this feature be added to RingCentral -- can we place message-only extensions on presence buttons/HUD? This would be very helpful.

I was surprised to learn today that we do not have the ability to block a number that is using SMS to text me SPAM. All numbers that are blocked from voice should also be Blocked from sending text messages. Is omeone is only using SMS those #s should be blckable as well.

RingCentral Sandbox account is not working since today morning.

In C# web app using the "RestClient" class to access RingCentral. My RingCentral app is public and we will need our various clients to log in to RingCentral (thru our app) in order to accept our app's need for the listed permissions.Question. What method on the "RestClient" class will allow us to obtain the URL for the RingCentral page that will present this user/pass field to our clients? In a prior version of the client I could specify "AuthorizeUri" and would get (in return) that URL. It's not there any longer. Is the RestClient the wrong class for this?Thanks

Hello,I am trying to set up an integration between RingCentral and Pager Duty that will notify Pager Duty of an incident if a specific word is used in a RingCentral Chat. I have looked at Chatbots and those may work but I am wanting to avoid hosting a Server that's on the DMZ.Anyone have any suggestions or have done this before?

This is great for calling people we need to find, who have turned ringtone down to 0. However we also use the tannoy to make announcements to the public, and at the moment I have to get a member of staff to do this manually every 15 minutes. I have a call queue set up with 5 members ringing simultaneously then going to a voicemail for the queue (extension 2). I'd like all 5 members to be notified by email of the voicemail. Is it possible?

I have set up my holiday rule. I have recorded my holiday greeting. In order to assign the greeting now and not when the times kick in and kick off, is to set up a "message only extension"? But that means a caller can't get to staff's VM they all then get dumped into this message only extension? Then someone has to manage that. Any other options?

I have downloaded the Ringcentral App in Bitrix , following the install instructions but Rincentral still will not make/receive calls via Bitrix24.I can make a call using the RC Phone app and can see the call list in Bitrix but no actual calling via Bitrix.I have asked Bitrix24 support and they say I need to approach Ringcentral for support and resolution .Has anyone got this working and what is the magic process?ThxSonny
