I am integrating the RingCentral SMS API to Google Sheets. I have applied for production. When will the review status change? Can anybody tell me time limit?And also how to add my RingCentral Office account to my free developer account after graduating?

Users on the InContact platform do not receive any kind of notification that their password has expired until they attempt to login. Can a notification be create to inform the users their password is about to expire?

Within the RingCentral admin portal, we noticed that Super Admins are the only ones that are able to download another user/extensions voicemail messages. We have users that are setup as User Admins and they are able to access/play/forward another users/extensions voicemail messages but receive an error when attempting to download/save the actual message. Per speaking with a RC Tech Support agent, I was advised that that was a system limitation. Will this be fixed in the near future? I do not understand how a User Admin is able to access/play/foward another user's voicemail message but can not download/save it. If this was the case, if a User Admin is unable to download/save a voicemail message of another user, then I would expect that would not be able to access the voicemail messages at all.

The fax In production right now, and already set up real account number with my website, so when someone submit the order, the website will automatic send fax to a real line. The problem is can't customize cover sheet, the frist page is look like unprofessional, and waste too much paper, because the note is on the second pages. So we need the company logo and note on the frist page, that's will save too much paper. The attached file picture 1 is currently situation as you can see, and the picture 2 is what i am want. Could you please help to solve this problem, and what kind of information you need, please let me know, thanks very much!

What are the complete HTTPS URLs to obtain a token and do a RingOut? I cannot piece together what this URL shd be from the examples. Everything is either just the first part of the URL or is a setting. I need the *complete* URL to get a token, then the *complete* URL to perform a RingOut between two phone numbers. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

I am unable to open my call recordings to my computer. I am able to download it from the a admin portal. But, After downloading I am getting an error that it could not be opened

PLEASE add a note feature so that the user has the ability to write a note next to a call in the log, a voicemail, a fax, a text message so that when the user is going through all of their calls, voicemails, faxes, texts, they can notate right in the system a note pertaining to the call (what client it deals with, etc.). Otherwise, it is impossible to keep this stuff straight and find relevant information when running a business.

When transfering from RC phone to a cell phone (someone in the field) the delay is very long, new issue hasnt alway been a long delay.

Perhaps I am missing something here but I just noticed with the recent update of the RingCentral "R" / New Glip app when I am on a call and have a second incoming call I don't have the option to hold/answer and but have an option to end/answer. Is anyone else running into the same issue? Am I missing a setting or is this normal functionality? Help Please!

A seemingly random collection of our users are having problems starting meetings, joining them, and even scheduling from the new GLIP app. A red warning box appears and says that something happened on the RingCentral side. Is anyone else having this problem?

I'm usually fairly savvy at navigating through programs/sites/apps... but for whatever reason I'm having a very difficult time retrieving messages from my auto-receptionist. Specifically I'm trying to get a fax that came in.I log in to the admin portal, with my credentials.It shows my personal extension, not our overall company access. I am listed as a Super Admin so I can do just about anything but seem to get the messages from group (customer service/sales/billing/etc) call queue. When I click on it, it asks for the password of that user. I enter my password and it says incorrect. I never created those as users so there is no password associated with them.

Ever since we upgraded clients to the new GLIP app, we've been dealing with a number of annoying bugs in the SW.Scheduling meetings with Outlook does not send the correct meeting time and date to the calendarDuring video meetings, the main app screen disappears and the app needs to restart to bring it backThe ability to do ad-hoc video calls with other co-workers only works a fraction of the timeSchedule for video calls does show from time to time. Require restarting the app.Is anyone else having these problems? I would love to get on a stable release and stay there without the app constantly updating itself.So far support has not been any kind of help with these issues.

I added a contact via the api, but RingCentral Phone was not updated immediately.How often does the client update? Is there a way to update immediately?

Case#: 10988278. I have a fax only account. UsIng the Ring Central App there is no option to view or send a fax. This is the same going to www.ringcentral.com & log in to my account. There is no option to view or send a fax. Please add that feature to my account.

Hello,We will be implementing a BIAMP VoIP device in coming months and I wanted to see what will need to take place in order for it to work with our RingCentral service. Id imagine it would be considered a 3rd Party, Generic VoIP device. But there seems to be some protocol configuration requirements for BIAMP and Im curious if we can make it work with RingCentral.If someone has experience in working with a BIAMP VoIP device or would please follow the link below, it explains what is required on the BIAMP configuration side of things. New to Ring Central. I am trying to setup the IVR menu. When I dial our number, instead of hearing the greeting, it just plays music. Then it sounds like the call has been answered, but all I am hearing is silence. Can someone share an example of their xml script? The samples provided don't appear to work. Thanks
