We are getting"errorCode": "OAU-149",   "message": "Invalid token" While calling API. Access Token is absolutely correct we got after calling restapi/oauth/tokenbut still it gives that error.

My recurring meeting ID on one of my meetings is suddenly invalid. This is a meeting I host twice a month. January, the meeting link was fine. I cancelled the meeting occurrence earlier this month, but on yesterday's meeting, I clicked on my link as usual from my Google calendar and when it popped out into the browser, I got an "Invalid Meeting ID" message. I have other recurring meetings that seem to work fine--this is the only one where this happened.

Now, that only seems to be the case in teams. What happened to that ability everywhere else? It is really counter-productive to have to click on a link one or twice to have it then load in a browser. Even then, it doesn't allow for the display of multiple images by arrowing through like is the norm in browsers or other image display apps. No, you have to exit back out and click the next link. Is there a problem? Was that functionality deleted in some update (haven't used RC Glip in a while, but getting back into it)? What am I missing?

We are integrating RingCentral for faxing and replacing a previous ruby solution. In our solution a PDF (customer invoice) is generated and then faxed, without ever becoming a file on disk.From what I can glean from the ringcentral-ruby sdk, this isn't possible. Am I missing something? From the examples I'm seeing, its expecting a file on disk, relative to the project. This won't work for us, because its going to be running as a background worker on a server with no local file access.Is there something I'm missing in the SDK, or some code example of how to get the file data to RingCentral? Or do I need to not use the SDK and code the request by hand?

We are creating an web application and looking for the api that will provide details of all extensions with an api call within an account. We can display the extension or list of extension details with the api.

How can we get the status info for multiple extensions? Any api there to get extension and user's status?

Now that I have sending SMS working on development on the RC API which can be done through our web-based system, I need to figure out how to match incoming messages (responses to our texts) so the "conversation" is shown much like you see in a normal texting conversation (at least until we delete or "close" that conversation say another subject) and start a new one.We don't need real-time notification like provided through web hooks, because we have a "Message Center" that we check that processes and checks for new emails and it could check for new SMS messages.From what I can tell in the documentation, you can use the Get Message List call and each message should have a conversation_Id which can be match to the conversation_Id attached to the outgoing message just sent.First, does that make sense?Second, assuming it does, would that be the best way to accomplish it?

I'm in a production environment and using the python SDKs. The issue started happening yesterday where many of the messages started taking upwards of 10 minutes to get delivered to the recipients. The SDK calls would return quickly (aka the RingCentral MessageStore had received them) but they were taking a long time to reach recipients -- and then would often come in a burst.Is there an ongoing outage?

Hello, I can't seem to see the sandbox credentials whereas previously i was able to, can anyone advise?

Are there any known issues causing voicemail playback to freeze/stop on the RC app for iPhone? I have a client on RingCentral and they say that all users with an iPhone, about 8 people, are having the same issue. I will make sure they all check for the latest version, but is it known that this will fix it or could there be something else going on? Their iPhones are not company provided.

I've recently started using the Android RingCentral app. Calling mode is Direct Dial, not Ring Out. I am in the UK, and both my RingCentral and mobile numbers are UK number. When I dial a UK number, the app is putting a 1 at the start of it and it sounds like it's trying to dial an international number. Dialing an internal extension is fine. I assume this is something to do with regional settings but I can't find an option to change anything that would appear to affect this. Can anyone help?

I wrote a c# application that uses the RingCentral SDK to pull call logs from the RC API. I was pulling pretty much all the info that you can get from <https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Call-Log/readCompanyCallLog > including Duration.However, we recently noticed that Duration is not the same as "Handle time" that is shown in the RingCentral Analytics portal located here: <https://analytics.ringcentral.com/company-numbers/default/call-details > For example, calls that go to Voice mail have a duration value... but they don't have a Handle time value.Is there a way or method of getting the Handle time for each call via the API?

I would like to know if we can have the call routing from call queue to specific rules of an extension

We are in the process of moving to RingCentral for several of our users (new company subsidiary). We would like to be able to use 5 digit dialing to call users on old system. The old system has an auto attendant so we were hoping to be able to dial something like 2-1234 wher 2 would initiate the call to the old auto attendant and then pass the 1234 as the extension. Is this possible? Is there some other way to achieve this ?
